Have you ever wondered why the average American doctor lives only 62 years, whereas the average American lives about 80 years?
This question interested me, so I discussed it with about six (6) different doctors. These docs gave me only the same two answers. See below:
The 1st answer attributed the short lifespan to the fact that a doctor is under extra stress than a non-doctor & this pressure to cure patients can shorten a doctor’s life.
The 2nd answer suggested that a doctor comes into close contact with more fatal diseases than a non-doctor. A contagious disease, like viral pneumonia, could easily end a physician’s life prematurely.
Neither of these answers satisfied me. I began to develop my own hypothesis on why doctors live a shorter time than their patients. See below:
American doctors mostly follow what they are taught in American Medical schools. They are taught that vitamin & mineral supplements are a waste of money & that Big Pharma has a drug for every symptom. So, instead of trying to find the root cause of every ailment, these doctors depend on Big Pharma drugs to alleviate the symptoms caused by their
ailments.
As these ailments get worse, the doctors’ immune system weakens & the docs die a premature death, many likely from the same condition that killed Elvis Presley. See below:
My current doctor is in her 50s. I’m 86 years old in 2018. Do you think that I’m dumb enough to blindly follow my young doctor’s advice for a long, healthy old age? Heck no!
I’ll listen to what she has to say, but I’ll also do my own research on the Internet.
While researching, I came across the constipation-caused condition “autointoxication,” which many colon doctors believe results from a “poop” build-up in your colon, causing blood vessels to leak colon waste into your kidneys, lungs & circulatory system. This poisons the body. Colon waste can be as deadly as any poison used in an Agathe Christie novel.
Your doctor may not know about “autointoxication.” In 2018, it’s still a theory, not yet proven, but definitely believed as Elvis Presley’s cause of death by his personal physician, Dr. George “Nick” Nichopoulos. See below:

. NOTE: At the time of Elvis’ death, August 16, 1977, constipation was not considered a disease. Therefore the Coroner recorded the cause of death as: “Heart attack, brought about by prescription drug abuse.”
If Elvis had lived another 42 years & died of the same cause, in 2019, the Coroner would have likely recorded, “Constipation, brought about by the use of prescription drugs.”
In his book, “The Definitive Cure of Chronic Constipation,” Professor Arnold Ehret, known as the father of colon autopsy research, reports that 90% of the 284 autopsies he examined showed hardened feces blocking most of the colon, just like Elvis Presley.
It’s quite likely that 90% of Americans could be moving around, like Elvis did, as walking time bombs (carrying 40 pounds of poop), unless they solve their own health problems with exercise, probiotics, zero sugar & zero artificial sugar, more drinking water & an alkaline diet of more lightly-cooked or raw vegetables & less meat.
In my opinion, attending Weight Watcher or Jenny Craig classes will never help weight reduction as much as you could do on your own with exercise, probiotics, water & an alkaline diet.
Below, are known facts from the American medical community:
50% to 74% of elderly folks in nursing homes can’t go without laxatives. Women are 2 to 3 times more likely than men to suffer from constipation. Prescription & over-the-counter medicines are constipating. Constipation results in about 7 million physician visits per year. To reverse colon problems, drink half your weight in ounces of water every day & exercise. If you weigh 140 pounds, drink about 70 ounces of water daily.
Ask your physician or specialist at your local health food store for a recommendation of a daily probiotics pill for your gut. I take a probiotic pill with each meal & am starting to add a herbal supplement, Senna, that I read about, recently. SITTING
Sitting too much during the day is not only harmful to your body but it can also cause brain deterioration, according to UCLA researchers who used MRI scans to study people’s medial temporal lobe (MTL). This is the region of the brain where memories are formed & stored. A thinning MTL is the beginning of cognitive decline & dementia.
The researchers found a direct correlation between sitting time & MTL thinning. The time people spent sitting, every day, the thinner their MTL became.
Even more important, participants in the study who sat for extended periods of time, every day, still suffered premature brain aging even if they exercised regularly. This study was published recently in the journal, “PlosONE.”
Tips to protect your media temporal lobe (MTL).
Stand up & stretch every half hour, whether working or watching TV. Take a short stroll every hour,even if it is to the bathroom or water cooler. Don’t eat at your desk. If you work, at lunch, go somewhere else. Take the stairs.
Avoid elevators unless you work or live on the 50th floor. Drink at least 8 glasses of water daily. It will keep your brain from shrinking & will get you up from sitting, & to the bathroom, several extra times a day.
OBESITY
In 1960, only 13% of Americans were obese (e.g. BMI 30 & above).
In 2004, 44 years later, at least 30% of Americans were obese, according to the book, “Mayo Clinic on Digestive Health,” 2nd edition, page 2.
In 2018, food manufacturers are loading their products with more than 80,000 chemicals, using salt & sugar to give these products longer shelf life, pumping growth hormones & antibiotics into animals & their feed to make them grow faster & fatter without regard to what these chemicals do to many of the folks who eat or drink their products.
In my opinion, what would be a one-pound chicken is transformed into a two-or-three-pound chicken pumped full of growth hormones & antibiotics. Eaten regularly by a normal sized American, who washes the chicken meal down with a soda full of chemicals, including high fructose corn syrup, in time, this normal-sized American becomes filled with growth hormone, antibiotics & his car groans every time he sits in it on his 30+ BMI butt. My advice to you is to buy your meat in a store that advertises “no growth hormones,” & “no antibiotics.” Avoid prepared food like TV dinners, which are usually filled with preservatives & chemicals. .Make your meals from scratch. Buy or grow as many organic fruits & vegetables as possible.
Consider drinking Coconut Milk, like I do, instead of pasteurized milk with little nutritional value. .I used to drink raw milk for about 5 years, when I was younger, but have become too lazy in old age to drive the 50 miles round-trip to the raw milk & organic cheese dairy.
Avoid using frying pans with no-stick plastic coatings. The plastic coatings eventually get scratched & the plastic leaches into your food. According to an article by Joseph Mercola D.O., copper pans can also leach harmful copper into your food. I use only stainless steel or cast iron pan & pots. Copper is a heavy metal that’s a nutrient at low concentration but is extremely toxic at higher levels, according to Dr. Mercola.
Unless traveling, I prefer not to dine out since I have no control over what type of pots & pans are used to cook my food, & how much sugar & salt is sprinkled over my food. For example, in Oklahoma most cold slaw is made in a medium-sized-to-large bowls & mixed with a cup or more of sugar. In 1972, while sitting at the counter in a luncheonette where I regularly had cold slaw with my hamburger steak, the chef mixed a new batch of cold slaw a few feet in front of me. I gulped when he poured a cup of sugar into the slaw & asked him why he added sugar. “You’re not from Oklahoma,” he replied. I never had lunch again at that restaurant & seldom order cold slaw without asking if they add sugar to it. Most dining places do add it in Oklahoma except at health food restaurants.
I’m not sure how it is, elsewhere, but I spend a lot of time in Oklahoma doctors’ offices. I always sit in the double chair for obese folks who have probably eaten too much cold slaw & drunk too many sodas. The double chairs seem more comfortable than the seats for skinny people like me.
Being able to throw around more weight in the office & at home with a 30+ BMI may get you a softer double chair, but it guarantees you sore knees, strained lower back & a shorter life.
GEMS OF WISDOM FROM WEB MD ABOUT YOUR BRAIN Your brain stops growing & starts aging in your late 20s. After you turn 40, your brain shrinks 5% with each passing decade.
As your brain gets older it gets less blood. Regular exercise gets the heart pumping more blood to your brain to keep your brain young. You’re at higher risk of memory problems if you’ve had one or more head injuries, plus the more head injuries the more likely a person could get Alzheimer’s. (I’ve had 3 concussions & haven’t contacted dementia, yet.) Web MD recommends B-Complex vitamins, including folic acid & 5mg methyl-cobalamin B-12 to lower your risk of dementia. (I take a 50mg natural B-Complex vitamin from Lifeextension.com with every meal.) So far, this has done the trick to keep dementia away.
Although my heart (with A-Fib) is probably in worse shape than most other 86-year-old folks, my brain still works as well or better than most older guys., likely due to Vitamin B-complex. My Mom & Dad gave me 70% of my genes & my other ancestors kicked in the other 30%. I thank them all.

About 100 years ago, comedian W.C. Fields hired a guy to do his worrying for him.
Fields wanted this guy to worry about his health, his finances, his family’s health, his job etc.
For about 2 years, the story goes, Fields would tell him all the bad things in his life that troubled him & the hired guy was instructed to never say a word, but to worry about whatever Fields told him.
One day, the hired guy listened to one of Field’s problems & offered a solution. Fields immediately fired him, shouting, “I hired you to listen to my problems & to worry about them…so I didn’t have to worry about them. I didn’t hire you to give me advice!”
Whether or not he realized it at the time, W.C. Fields was one of the first Americans to discover that the stress of worrying can destroy your brain.
Scientists have since discovered that W.C. Fields, by hiring a professional worrier, had eliminated stress, one of the chief assassins to brain function.
The dangers with stress are the following: Stress encourages your brain to secrete continuous high levels of cortisol, a steroid hormone. Cortisol, in large doses, is like a lethal assassin to your brain function. A recent study at the University of Iowa linked long-term exposure to cortisol with causing your brain’s synapses or neural connections in the front of the brain to stop functioning, resulting in senior moments, brain fog, lack of mental focus & other symptoms of dementia. Cortisol also suppresses the immune system & decreases bone formation.
. Eliminating stress from your life is important if you want the brain function of a 20-year-old when you’re 80.
If you’re not as wealthy as W.C. Fields was & can’t hire a tax lawyer to worry about IRS problems, a dietician to worry about your dietary problems & a talk psychologist to listen to your problems, you might consider these suggestions.
Work off stress in any of these ways: Walk, run or pedal a bicycle 30-40 minutes for three or four days a week. Eliminate difficult people from your life. You want as little conflict in your life as possible. If possible, never create situations that bring stress, like driving a car with bald tires or an old battery. Join an exercise or yoga class or gym. Stay active.
Stress is one of the major causes of memory problems. The other two main causes of brain problems are inflammation & free radicals.
In addition to regular exercise, your brain function can be improved very simply in the following ways: Eliminate sugar & sugar substitutes from your diet. No junk food or packaged foods (e.g. cookies, chips) No fried or smoked foods. Shop for meat at stores that sell NO ANTIBIOTICS or GROWTH HORMONES in their beef, chicken, pork etc. Eat gluten-free products Take natural (not synthetic) vitamins daily, including B-Complex including B-12 methyl-cobalamin sublingual.

LEARN FROM THE PAST On December 3, 1984, thousands of people died after a cloud of methyl isocyanate gas escaped from a pesticide plant operated by a Union Carbide subsidiary in Bhopal, India.
I’d never, before, thought of how deadly pesticides can be, especially as they accumulate in the body from the food you eat. From that point on, I always washed fruit & vegetables before eating them.
Then, Monsanto & other chemical firms designed pesticides that didn’t wash off in the rain & adhered to produce like Velcro.
When Trent alerted me to the special vegetable & fruit wash he bought at Trader Joe’s, I wasn’t aware a concentrate existed to remove glyphosate & other deadly toxins from grapes, cherries & other items.
Keep your liver & kidneys from wearing out (trying to filter out toxins) by using a fruit & vegetable concentrated wash on fruits & vegetables. Mary Margarett buys my 32-ounce bottles of concentrate at Sprouts
WATER Since toxins like pesticides, herbicides & fungicides create inflammation in your body, you need lots of water to wash toxins & waste products from the body.
A general guideline is to drink half your bodyweight in ounces every day. If you weigh 150 pound you should drink at least 75 ounces per day.
EXERCISE Exercise builds up your immune system. A strong immune system fights inflammation. Walking for 30 minutes every day strengthens your immune system.
SUNLIGHT Get at least 15 minutes of sunlight, daily to create Vitamin D. If this is not possible, take a daily Vitamin D3 2,000 I.U.tablet.
SLEEP Your body needs 7-9 hours of sleep every night to heal & repair cells. As we age, more cells get damaged, so sleep becomes more essential in order to have a strong immune system. Folks who get along with less hours of sleep (e.g. 4 to 6) risk dementia, in my opinion.
Eliminate caffeine. Even a cup of coffee in the morning can make it hard to sleep at night. Avoid your computer 2 hours from bedtime. Blue light from computer screens interferes with your melatonin production & can keep you awake.
Do your own research about natural sleep aids, like Melatonin. I’ve taken a natural Melatonin 20 mg supplement, 3 hours before bedtime, I sleep well taking two (2) 10 mg pills which I buy in a 120 capsule 10mg bottle online from puritanspride.com It costs $10 a bottle when I order 5 bottles.
SUPPLEMENTS TO KEEP THE IMMUNE SYSTEM STRONG A good natural (not synthetic) vitamin supplement is recommended to keep your immune system strong.
Make sure that your vitamin supplement includes methylcobalin B-12, B-complex, D3, & omega 3. Take a separate zinc tablet at a meal when you don’t take a multivitamin tablet.
Also, be sure & take one or more probiotic pills daily, to help build up the good bacteria in your gut which strengthens your immune system. To compensate for the anti-biotics I received in the hospital, recently, I’ve been taking a probiotic tablet with each meal & plan to continue for a year.

Unfortunately, Cassia cinnamon is the cheap stuff you buy in the supermarket. Spend a few pennies more & buy CEYLON CINNAMON either online or at a health food store. CEYLON CINNAMON is much more effective protecting your brain than the cheaper Cassia cinnamon, according to the German Institute of Risk Assessment.
Unfortunately, we live in a polluted world where our air, water & food are polluted with lead, pesticides & herbicides & numerous heavy metals like mercury. Some food manufacturers are allowed, by lax government regulations, to add lead-laced additives to food to improve color & add weight.
My advice is to buy food not touched by a food manufacturer. Buy food as raw as possible. God only knows what deadly stuff a manufacturer has put into his canned food & prepared-to-eat TV dinners. Unless an ingredient weights at least 1% of the product’s weight, it will likely NOT be listed on the label.
Buyer Beware.
Food manufacturers consider you like a hunter thinks of a deer. He’s targeted you in his gun sights & it is hunting season, for him, 365 days a year.

GLOBAL WARMING COMMON SENSE
I have always believed that the earth cools & heats naturally, & pollution caused by humans has little effect, except in air quality, since I viewed a National Geographic video, about 30 years ago.
I considered it a joke when, in 2015, global environmentalists assembled about 20 nations to sign the 2015 Paris Climate Accord to cut carbon emissions, when 2 of the 3 biggest air polluters, China & India, were given a pass & all others were mandated to conform.
Since 50% of all air pollution comes from China & another 9% comes from India, it seems insane for the rest of the world to tax itself in an effort to solve an unsolvable problem. A solution is impossible when 59% of the world’s polluters continue to pollute & the other 41% try to save the planet by industry restrictions and/or climate taxes on citizens.
The USA is one of the few western nations without a global warming tax. Germany’s citizens pay 19% & Norway’s pay 25%. I’m not sure what tax the French pay, but it was enough to spark Paris riots in the streets, protesting these global warming taxes, in early December 2018
The solution to the pollution problem is not to tax citizens to death. Heavy taxation didn’t work in 1775 for the British, it didn’t work for the French in 2018 & it won’t work for global environmentalist nations today.
Unless the 3 biggest world air polluters sign a binding agreement to cut air pollution by a specific date, the world will continue to air pollute itself to extinction in a few hundred years, mostly with coal-fired power plants blasting tons of mercury into the atmosphere
.This pollution floats around the world. The world’s biggest polluters are China, the USA & India. See below: China 50% of world’s air pollution USA 25% of world’s air pollution India 9% of world’s air pollution.
China consumes half the world’s coal & 4.3 million Chinese work in the country’s coal mines. They have no plans to stop using coal or building new coal-fired power plants. Neither does Japan, the world’s 3rd biggest economy, which is planning new coal-fired power plants & financing them across Asia. From media reports, about half the global warming taxes are retained by the country’s politicians & the other half given to 3rd world African nations, which wildly support global warming taxes on the western world, through the United Nations.

In my opinion, besides potential harm from brainwashed-from-birth-to-hate infidels & kill- them--if-they-don’t-either-pay-tribute-or-convert-to-Islam, ISIS & Al Qaeda fanatics, the other major danger to your existence on earth is the growing lack of drinkable water around the world, especially in the USA.
American politicians are corrupt & incompetent. In congress, dumb voters return most to office. Elected bureaucrats have done very little to address either major problem (above). Politicians are risking your lives with open borders in exchange for more than 30 million new illegal alien voters & cheap labor. (NOTE: Illegal aliens vote in 21 states, including California, Illinois & NY.)
A southern border wall would have been an excellent idea in 2001 to keep Middle Eastern fanatics (still living in the 8th century) out of America. But, now, it’s too late. In my opinion, any Middle Eastern fanatic, who would want to attack us, is already here…likely waiting the signal to attack the U.S.’s 55,000 electrical power stations with rockets or drones (like Al Qaeda did to take over Yemen, a few years ago, circa 2014.).
By destroying only 9 (large) electrical power stations, Al Qaeda, for example, could place the USA back in the 8th century for about 18 months, until huge custom-made transformers could be replaced. (There are NO back-ups.) No water would pump to your home, no gasoline/diesel to your car or trucks resupplying supermarkets (which stock only a 3-day supply of food), no electronics would work, candles would provide light at night etc. According to a report that I read, up to 90% of Americans could die from such a terrorist attack, made more likely by Washington politicians’ open border policies to gain votes in elections & cheap laborers. Most (97%) of the earth’s water is undrinkable in the oceans. The remaining water is drinkable water in our lakes, rivers & aquifers from dinosaur days, which has accumulated in the ground. Rainfall replenishes only about 70% of all fresh water used in the USA, each year.
Each year, the USA has less fresh water than it had the year before.
According to a newspaper article I read about 1990, the USA would have major water shortages in its cities by 2050
No one knows the total number of illegal aliens in the USA since 1990. The 2010 census listed approximately 140 million people with Spanish surnames.
Due to our corrupt U.S. politicians, more people drinking a diminishing supply of water means a major water-shortage problem is right around the corner. Politicians will always blame a drought, but these elected charlatans are the real problem. My advice is to never vote for the incumbent in whatever political party you belong to. Vote in congressional elections for the #2 or #3 guy or gal trying to unseat the incumbent. Incumbents have screwed up this country. Maybe the #2 or #3 guy can do better. They can’t do any worse!
An important fact to remember is that humans can live only 3 to 4 days without water.
My hypothesis is that because of open borders, 2018 USA is already having water shortage problems predicted for 2050 in 1990. Because of politicians’ short term thinking about gaining power in elections, you & your extended family are going to be mighty thirsty before 2030.
According to AOL News, the 1st6 cities to run out of clean drinking water are: San Francisco El Paso, Texas Denver Phoenix Las Vegas Miami, Florida
California is a potential disaster area with too many people drinking from a dwindling supply of water. Hundreds of water wells went dry near Bakersfield, California in 2014. Until 2016, residents trucked in bottled water until a nearby town extended its water supply. Los Angeles has no fresh water. Its drinking water is piped in from a source 400 miles north of the city. Strangely, this city never made the list of 6 potential disaster cities.
The Colorado River is struggling to supply most of San Francisco’s water needs. Expect hundreds of water war lawsuits between states for water rights to rivers, lakes & aquifers that run through many states as less drinking water becomes available within the next decade, Too many Texas cities (as well as Mexican border towns) depend on the Rio Grande River. Population growth will cause massive water shortages, soon.
Denver’s population has grown faster than normal, putting pressure on the same Colorado River which supplies water to San Francisco, Phoenix, Las Vegas & other cities & towns.
Almost 92% of the drinking water in south Florida pours through aquifers, Miami sits on a bed of porous limestone that has already contaminated the water in nearby Hallandale Beach. Saltwater has also breached 5 of the 8 freshwater wells that Hallandale’s residents draw from. Miami is at risk of experiencing the same fate as its neighbor, Hallandale, in the near future.
I believe that this country’s fresh water problems are partly caused by the on-sale-to-the-highest-bidder congressmen & women in Washington, D.C. These bozos spend so much time meeting with lobbyists for “donations” & trying to get re-elected, that they have no time left to solve a difficult problem that will take many years to solve, like “we’re running out of drinkable water, Stupid.”
If I were in charge of government spending, I’d work on a Band-Aid approach first, like simple ways for de-salting the oceans, & ways to transport water inland by pipeline. Simultaneously, I’d work on a long-range plan to “salt the clouds to produce more rain.”
A greedy politician in the coastal, already-overtaxed state of New Jersey, has proposed a water tax of about $32 a year per family, based on water usage of 10 cents tax per 1,000 gallons of water used. I believe that most of the water-lacking states will sooner or later heavily-tax the poor citizens for politicians’ lack of planning for the coming catastrophe of a disappearing water source, especially in the U.S.A.
As I’ve said in newsletters, before: “KICK THE BUMS OUT! YOU CAN NEVER DO ANY WORSE THAN WHAT TRASH YOU ELECTED TO CONGRESS, BEFORE.”

Big Pharma Drugs
Most every drug you take has both good & bad side effects. Doctors are poorly trained in medical school to treat your symptoms with Big Pharma drugs.
Big Pharma is well known for suppressing information on negative side effects of taking their drugs. Side effects of many depression drugs, & at least one stop-smoking drug, Chantix, is aggressive behavior, mood changes, thoughts of hurting others & suicidal thoughts & actions.
I’d bet the bank that more than 90% of all school shootings from Columbine in 2010 to the present were carried out by teenagers taking some type of depression or anxiety drug like low-dose 10mg Prozac.
Children, today, are highly over-medicated for hyperactivity, instead of placing the child on a sugar-free diet. For every symptom, Big Pharma has a drug to sell. The typical doctor, today, will never look to solve a problem like hyperactivity by eliminating certain foods & drinks. Their solution is usually a Big Pharma drug to mask the symptom.
An example is celebrity chef & TV personality Anthony Bourdain, who took the popular anti-smoking drug, Chantix, a Big Pharma drug. Chantix is linked to hundreds of suicides of people taking it. Bourdain committed suicide on June 8, 2018.
In my opinion, every drug you take has a side effect by itself or when combined with another drug or drugs that you take. My former doctor, (J. B.), was worried about a well-publicized Medicare lawsuit against him & the effect it had on his medical practice, his wife & 8 children. He began visiting a shrink who prescribed depression drugs for him. Months later, my doctor (an M.D. with a Ph.D in Nutrition) jumped to his death from his 20th story balcony. Was this an example of cause & effect. I believe it was for J.B.
Like a double-edged sword, Big Pharma drugs can protect you with one edge & kill you with the other edge. Take care before you take Big Pharma drugs. At the very least, look up side effects of every drug, your doctor recommends, on the Internet. If side effects include aggressive behavior, suicide etc. you’d be crazy to take this drug.
Maybe if Anthony Bourdain & J.B. read this weekly newsletter before they took dangerous Big Pharma drugs prescribed by their physicians, they would still be alive, today, rather than being a forgotten footnote from the past.
Gut Bacteria and Depression Connection
According to a May 1, 2018 article in WomensHealth.com, there is a definite connection between the bacteria in your gut & depression.
In 2012, scientists at University College Cork discovered that brain levels of serotonin, or the “happy hormone,” are regulated by the amount of bacteria in the gut during early life. In other words, normal adult brain function depends on the presence of gut microbes from when you were a child.
NOTE: Since reading one of Suzanne Somers books, circa 2013, & noting that she took 20 mg serotonin every night about 7 P.M., I’ve been doing the same, to give my body the “happy hormone,” which banishes depression & gives me a deeper sleep.

NOTE: Dr. Fratellone says that food allergies, gluten sensitivity or celiac disease can interfere with serotonin production. These problems lead to a low serotonin level in the body, leading to depression, anxiety, insomnia & brain fog.
Consider taking 10mg serotonin every evening for a month. If it seems to help you, continue it or increase it to 20mg like I take.
Also, as a preventive for depression & constipation, I take one or more probiotic pills daily (with meals), & drink half my weight in ounces of water per day. I use 27-ounce water bottles.
FUTURE HEALTH PROBLEMS
Radical Muslim Terrorism….Worldwide, 3% of Muslims are either terrorists or sympathetic to terrorist beliefs. CAIR says there are 12 million Muslims in the USA. 12 million multiplied by 3% shows there are likely 360,000 terrorists or sympathizers already in the USA. All you can do to protect yourself is have a bolt on every door to your home & at least 50 bullets for every gun in the house. It’s too late to erect a southern border wall or protect the U.S’s 55,000- electrical power stations or its many reservoirs. If Hitler had 360,000 saboteurs in the USA in 1941, awaiting the signal to attack our 9 large electrical power stations & unguarded reservoirs, we probably would have sued Germany for peace before 1944, in my opinion.
Water…Remember that the human body can live only 3 to 4 days without water, but can live about 40 days without food. About 1990, I read a government report that stated the following facts: 1. Rainfall replenished only 70% of all water used every day on this planet. 2. Therefore, by 2050, some American cities will likely run out of water. Since then, tens of millions of illegal aliens have poured into the country. Based on the 2010 Census, there were 140 million people in the USA with Spanish surnames in 2010. When the USA begins to have severe water problems by 2030 & politicians describe the problem as a “drought,” don’t believe them. The problem is too little water for too many people. Instead of wasting their money on politically-correct projects, politicians around the world should have invested enough money to find an inexpensive way to make the ocean’s water drinkable or find a way to cheaply convert the air’s gases into H2O.
According to the “Tulsa World” newspaper (June 17, 2018, page 1, Section E) the average Oklahoman drinks at least a half-gallon of water daily, including cooking his meals. This does not include toilet flushing, baths & showers, brushing teeth & washing clothes. Some figures have the average Oklahoman using up to 85 gallons of water per day Humans are much more wasteful of water than cows, which drink 12 to 15 gallons of water every day.
Cows use much less water daily than either Radical Muslim terrorists or other Illegal aliens, plus cows won’t potentially-kill you like Radical Muslim terrorists will.
I wonder how long it will take for a non-politically-correct, stand-up-comedian to realize how more beneficial to our water supply that illegal cows would be, compared to humans slipping, illegally, into our country from both Hispanic countries & terrorist states in the Middle East.
Judges … Future U.S. Supreme Court judge republican candidates should expect to get a chronic upset stomach & ulcers from lies & fake news accusations about them & their family. It’s a shame that so many future, highly-qualified men & women will be avoiding becoming high court judges in the future because of the actions of a few slandering U.S Senators during the present U.S. Senate hearings, publicized to a gullible public by a mostly vicious, fake news electronic & print media..
ORGANIC Food… Although many organic farmers in the $47 billion a year organic industry do use an organic pesticide like copper sulfate on their produce, they are allowed by the FDA to claim their organic foods are grown, like Whole Foods claims, “without toxic or persistent pesticides.”
According to a report by Fred Pescatore M.D., ”the European Union recently determined that it (copper sulfate) may cause cancer.”
Copper sulfate is the most common residue found in & on organic food. It even persists in the soil, like arsenic did in tobacco farms from the 1930s, unknowingly contaminating cigarettes & addicting folks to the arsenic as well as the tobacco even up to now.

I buy my “Veggie Wash Organic Fruit & Vegetable Wash” concentrate in a 32-ounce bottle for $7 to $9, depending if it’s on sale at Sprouts. The instructions are listed on the bottle. (EXAMPLE: You’ll mix about ¼ cup of this concentrate in 3 quarts or so of water to get the toxins off 6 pounds or so of fruit after you swish them around for 30 seconds or more.) How else can you ever get toxins off small fruit like cherries, grapes, berries etc.?

When I lost my left leg above the knee due to a blood clot, on 4/20/1996, I realized how anxious doctors were to manage a patient’s pain with drugs.
After 6 days of morphine in the hospital, doctors switched me to addictive Vicodin for a few months. They informed me that I’d be on an opioid drug like Vicodin for the rest of my life.
After reading that Brett Favre, Green Bay Packer quarterback (who also took 12 Vicodin tablets a day for his pain) became addicted to Vicodin, I quit Vicodin cold turkey on 7/4/1996. The thought of being addicted to an opioid scared me more than the actual pain did.
My doctors tried to dissuade me from stopping my pain medication, but I persisted. After 6 or 7 days of sharp electric shocks through my left leg stump, the pain subsided. I have not taken any pain medication since that time.
More than a year ago, a lady friend of mine with poor eyesight (which caused a near-fatal car wreck) gave up her car & asked me for a lift to her monthly psychiatrist appointment at OU Medical Center. I began taking her to these appointments & have accompanied her on more than 20 of her psychiatrist sessions. I sit in a corner, six feet away & observe the 50-minute sessions.
I have never heard the psychiatrist question the lady about her feelings about anything but suicide & depression. All he does is prescribe drugs, like Prozac, to minimize her symptoms. He questions her only about her symptoms & never considers checking for low serotonin levels (the feel-good hormone in the brain), a common cause of bi-polar disorder which this patient had. When I suggested a serotonin check, the psychiatrist gave me a blank stare & no comment.
I believe that psychiatry has become a profession staffed by drug pimps, legally recommending a drug to minimize any symptom. Many of these symptoms are the result of drug interactions & their side effects.
Big pharma is training psychiatrists in medical schools to treat mental disease only with drugs.
I was surprised to read a report by a doctor, Keith Scott-Mumby, an alternative doctor, who echoed the exact same anti-big pharma thoughts that I did.
Dr. Mumby also believed that psychiatrists were prescribing psychiatric drugs for infants & toddlers in unprecedented numbers.. Dr. Mumby onserved the following, which I agree with: “The doctors who prescribe these dangerous & highly harmful drugs are worse than street dealers. What street dealer would sell a drug to a parent for her one-year old child?”
On February 19,2015 “the Wall Street Journal” reported: “…over 274,000 infants (0-1 year old) & some 370,000 toddlers (1-3 years old) in the USA were on antianxiety (e.g. Xanax) & anti-depressant (e.g. Prozac) drugs.”
It’s obvious to me that a likely hypothesis would link most of the non-radical Muslim mass murders in the USA to kids & adults who have been taking Big Pharma’s anti-anxiety &/or anti-depressant drugs.
I’d be willing to bet that both 64-year-old Stephen Paddock, the Las Vegas gunman who killed 58 & 19-year-old high-school drop-out, Nickolas Cruz, who killed 17 in Broward County, Florida, were both taking psychiatric drugs.

Big pharma does not train & control European doctors, like they control U.S. doctors, in my opinion.
A German psychiatrist, for example, would give a new patient a blood test. If the patient was low on serotonin, he’d likely advise her to take an inexpensive, non-patentable 20 mg melatonin, daily, a few hours before bedtime. The melatonin converts to serotonin & the patient could possibly be cured of bi-polar disorder.
An American psychiatrist would likely automatically prescribe a Big Pharma drug.
Unfortunately for Americans, the objective by American medical practitioners is to manage health care & to keep you returning to the doctor monthly or as often as possible…and making Big Pharma rich from unnecessary prescriptions & symptoms caused by side effects of these unnecessary prescriptions.
The purpose of European health care is to find a cure for everything, if possible.
American health care is now as bad as is British socialized health care. However, German health care is probably the best health care in Europe.
If I had a potentially-fatal disease, like President Reagan did in the mid-1980s, & I was 20 years younger, I’d trust my life to German doctors, like Reagan secretly did for his successful Laetrile cancer treatments (AKA vitamin B-17), an alternate cancer treatment still prohibited in the USA. Upon returning from Germany, Reagan continued his Laetrile treatments in the White House.
Radiation, Chemotherapy & Surgery are the only cancer treatments approved by the American Medical Association for Americans. I doubt any alternate treatments, like I.V.s of Laetrile or Colloidal Silver, will ever be approved as long as Big Pharma controls both medical school curriculum & sales of patented chemotherapy drugs directly to
oncologists.

SITTING
Sitting too much during the day is not only harmful to your body but it can also hasten brain deterioration, according to UCLA researchers who used MRI scans to study people’s medial temporal lobe (MTL). This is the region of the brain where memories are formed & stored. A thinning MTL is the beginning of cognitive decline & dementia.
The researchers found a direct correlation between sitting time & MTL thinning. The more time people spent sitting, every day, the thinner their MTL became.
Even more important, participants in the study who sat for extended periods of time, every day, still suffered premature brain aging even if they exercised regularly. This study was published recently in the journal, “PlosONE.”
Tips to protect your media temporal lobe (MTL).
Stand up & stretch every half hour, whether working or watching TV. Take a short stroll every hour, even if it is to the bathroom or water cooler. Don’t eat at your desk. If you work, at lunch, go somewhere else. Take the stairs. Avoid elevators unless you work or live on the 50th floor. Drink at least 8 glasses of water daily.. It will keep your brain from shrinking & will get you up from sitting, & to the bathroom, several extra times a day.
OBESITY
In 1960, only 13% of Americans were obese (e.g. BMI 30 & above).
In 2004, 44 years later, at least 30% of Americans were obese, according to the book, “Mayo Clinic on Digestive Health,” 2nd edition, page 2.
In 2018, food manufacturers are loading their products with more than 80,000 chemicals, using salt & sugar to give these products longer shelf life, pumping growth hormones & antibiotics into animals & their feed to make them grow faster & fatter without regard to what these chemicals do to many of the folks who eat or drink their products.
In my opinion, what would be a one-pound chicken is transformed into a two-or-three-pound chicken pumped full of growth hormones & antibiotics. Eaten regularly by a normal sized American, who washes the chicken meal down with a soda full of chemicals, including high fructose corn syrup, in time, this normal-sized American becomes filled with growth hormone, antibiotics & his car groans every time he sits in it on his 30+ BMI butt.
My advice to you is to buy your meat in a store that advertises “no growth hormones,” & “no antibiotics.” Avoid prepared food like TV dinners, which are usually filled with preservatives & chemicals. .Make your meals from scratch. Buy or grow as many organic fruits & vegetables as possible.
Consider drinking Coconut Milk, like I do, instead of pasteurized milk with little nutritional value. .I used to drink raw milk for about 5 years, when I was younger, but have become too lazy in old age to drive the 50 miles round-trip to the raw milk & organic cheese dairy.
Avoid using frying pans with no-stick plastic coatings. The plastic coatings eventually get scratched & the plastic leaches into your food. According to an article by Joseph Mercola D.O., copper pans can also leach harmful copper into your food. I use only stainless steel or cast iron pan & pots. Copper is a heavy metal that’s a nutrient at low concentration but is extremely toxic at higher levels, according to Dr. Mercola.
Unless traveling, I prefer not to dine out since I have no control over what type of pots & pans are used to cook my food, & how much sugar & salt is sprinkled over my food. For example, in Oklahoma most cold slaw is made in a medium-sized-to-large bowls & mixed with a cup or more of sugar. In 1972, while sitting at the counter in a luncheonette where I regularly had cold slaw with my hamburger steak, the chef mixed a new batch of cold slaw a few feet in front of me. I gulped when he poured a cup of sugar into the slaw & asked him why he added sugar. “You’re not from Oklahoma,” he replied. I never had lunch again at that restaurant & seldom order cold slaw without asking if they add sugar to it. Most dining places do add it in Oklahoma except at health food restaurants.
I’m not sure how it is, elsewhere, but I spend a lot of time in Oklahoma doctors’ offices. I always sit in the double chair for obese folks who have probably eaten too much cold slaw & drunk too many sodas. The double chairs seem more comfortable than the seats for skinny people like me.
Being able to throw around more weight in the office & at home with a 30+ BMI may get you a softer double chair, but it guarantees you sore knees, strained lower back & a shorter life.
GEMS OF WISDOM FROM WEB MD ABOUT YOUR BRAIN Your brain stops growing & starts aging in your late 20s. After you turn 40, your brain shrinks 5% with each passing decade. As your brain gets older it gets less blood. Regular exercise gets the heart pumping more blood to your brain to keep your brain young. You’re at higher risk of memory problems if you’ve had one or more head injuries, plus the more head injuries the more likely a person could get Alzheimer’s. (I’ve had 3 concussions & haven’t contacted dementia, yet.)
Web MD recommends B-Complex vitamins, including folic acid & 5mg methyl-cobalamin B-12 to lower your risk of dementia. (I take a 50mg natural B-Complex vitamin from Lifeextension.com with every meal.) So far, this has done the trick to keep dementia away. Although my heart (with A-Fib) is probably in worse shape than most other 86-year-old folks, my brain still works as well or better than most older guys., likely due to Vitamin B-complex. My Mom & Dad gave me 70% of my genes & my other ancestors kicked in the other 30%. I thank them all.

Net neutrality (AKA Government regulation of the Internet) was nearly forced into law in 2015. This would have allowed a few biased Washington bureaucrats to determine what words & statements were “unsafe” for the public to hear or see.
If net neutrality ever became U.S. law, we’d have a totalitarian society described in Orwell’s novel, “1984,” & demonstrated in the 1930s by both Adolph Hitler & Joseph Stalin.
The Internet would also be strictly regulated & any anti-government talk would never be permitted there. This censorship would have squashed any mention of Hillary Clinton’s not-so-secret e-mail server & her $135 million kickback activities revolving around the sale of 20% of U.S. uranium to Russia.
It’s interesting that, today, Google, Facebook, YouTube & Twitter are practicing net neutrality against any organization or person expressing opinions that conflict with their liberal opinions.. Numerous conservatives, like Diamond & Silk, have been censored or banned by these four organizations.

In their desire to increase profits, food manufacturers blend in whatever they legally can to enhance the taste & extend shelf life of the product.
Besides adding salt & sugar to extend shelf life (& make 30%+ of Americans obese), many

Most Americans are too busy working & living their lives to the fullest to bother looking for a “fountain of youth.”
Very few are focused on damage repair…trying to turn back the biological clock before death occurs.
As a teenager, I used to chuckle about my father’s daily habit of exercising every morning for 30 minutes using a combination of Indian Clubs, sit-ups, push-ups etc. Following this 7-day-a-week-habit, Dad swallowed a handful of vitamin pills after his usual soft boiled eggs at breakfast. I thought this was odd, too.
Teenagers can be dumb. I never realized, in the mid-1940s, that Dad was turning back the biological clock with exercise & diet. It worked for him until his immune system finally failed him. He died at 94 of pneumonia.
Do you remember the famous advice that the Cheshire Cat gave to Alice in Lewis Carroll’s “Alice’s Adventures in Wonderland? Alice was walking down a single road that branched into a Y fork at a large tree. In a crotch of the tree sat a grinning Cheshire Cat, watching a confused Alice approaching the Y-shaped fork in the road.
From memory, the dialogue went something like this:
ALICE: “I’m lost.” CHESHIRE CAT: “Where do you want to go?” ALICE: “I don’t know.” CHESHIRE CAT: “In that case, either road will take you there.”
The majority of folks are like Alice. Like a leaf blowing in the wind, they take the path of least resistance & never try to turn back the biological clock before death occurs.
However, if the majority of folks decided to turn back the biological clock a good place to begin is to have a telomere blood test, like I did circa 2013. The test cost $180 & informed me that my immune system would wear out & cease to protect me when I was 89 years old.
TELOMERES (first discovered in the 1930s.) I realize that this is the third or fourth mention of telomeres in these newsletters in the past 2 years, but a further discussion is essential.
Every cell in your body contains a nucleus. Inside every nucleus are the chromosomes that contain your genes. At the end of each corn-cob-shaped chromosome are little hairs called telomeres which protect a chromosome like a shell protects a turtle. (These telomeres are also like the plastic caps at both ends of a shoelace to protect it.) In 1973, it was discovered that telomeres on your chromosomes shorten each time your cell divides. So, as you age, your telomeres get shorter & shorter & then disappear.
When each person’s telomeres shorten to a particular point, at or near zero length, you essentially die of old age diseases, like pneumonia, as your immune system has disappeared.
There is a direct correlation between reduced telomere shortening in your later years & high-intensity-type exercises, according to a study published in “Mechanisms of Aging and Development,” which showed the “anti-aging effects of maintaining high aerobic fitness.”
Whatever exercise you do regularly, whether walking, swimming, gardening, biking, running, skiing, etc. where you heart pumps faster than normal, will be excellent anti-aging therapy & should slow down your telomere loss over time.
In interviews with Centenarians, this advice is what they give to anyone who wants to reach age 100:
.1. Keep a positive attitude 2. Eat real food & drink, not junk food with grease & sugar like French fries & sodas 3. Manage stress 4. Clean living (NO smoking or drinking excessively) 5. Exercise 6. Live independently if possible 7. Strong family ties 8. Network of friends 9. Stay mentally active & always learn something new 10 Faith/spirituality
UNFORTUNATELY, PEOPLE LIKE YOU DO NOT LIVE IN A VACUUM
The world is 99.9% filled with mostly good people, who control most countries & most corporations.
However, that .01% of evil people can do a tremendous amount of damage to your biological clock, as shown during WWII when madmen Hitler & Stalin caused millions of deaths, when they merged Germany & Russia in the summer of 1939 with the Molotov-Ribbentrop Pact, prior to the invasion of Poland.

They developed the cyanide-based pesticide Zyklon B that Nazi Germany used to kill millions in gas chambers in Auschwitz & other extermination camps. This evil corporation was named Interesseen-Gemeinschalt Farben or I.G. Farben for short.
After WWII, I.G. Farben split itself into 3 separate companies, one of which became BAYER, the same evil folks who produce harmful pesticides in Europe & the U.S.A. (Several I.G. Faben executives were convicted of war crimes after the war & one was executed. The company’s name was as despised, in late 1945, as was Adolph Hitler’s, so a name change
was necessary.)
Bayer might not be able to escape their NAZI past, but they must think that the Monsanto name is even more evil than theirs is. On June 8th, the Monsanto name was dropped when the $63 billion merger was approved between these two evil companies, Bayer & Monsanto.
Bayer is a Swiss chemical company. Although Monsanto, circa 2015, has bribed U.S. congressmen & women from both political parties, (with over $500 million in campaign donations), to give it immunity from prosecution, Bayer feels that by merging with them, it would make it more difficult to sue Monsanto for damages in European courts than American ones.
I expect Monsanto’s Roundup to cause so many cases of cancer in 15-20 years, that any precautions you take today to give you a chance at reaching 100 will be hijacked by Monsanto Roundup with deadly chemical glyphosate, unless you do the following, immediately:
Buy as many organic (non-GMO) fruits & vegetables as possible. Peel all fruit & vegetables that are not organic, like cucumbers, carrots, apples, pears etc. before eating them. Eat pineapple, watermelon etc. where you’re not eating the toxic glyphosate sprayed on the outside that is engineered to be like Velcro on the surface (hard to wash off with water.). Be aware that much of your food supply is toxic. Meat & poultry are routinely pumped full of antibiotics & growth hormones to gain more profits for the food producers Prepared food in supermarkets is packed with sugar & salt as preservatives to give extra shelf life. These additives also make you fat & shorten your years of life. When you dine out, ask that sugar is not routinely mixed into food you order, like cold slaw. In Oklahoma, I’ve yet to find a restaurant where their cold slaw was NOT sugared.
Big food conglomerates, Big Pharma, Big Chemical firms & other evil companies placing toxic chemicals in both our food, drink & in our homes are Big advertisers in the media. So don’t expect to read about toxic fire retardants used in both diet sodas for flavor & sofas, or antibiotics & growth hormone in the feed to artificially fatten up cattle, pigs & chicken. These 80,000+ chemicals we eat, like high fructose corn syrup, & inhale in our homes (e.g. There’s a pound of fire retardant in many sofas that can slowly sicken us or give you headaches.)
Consider getting an air purifier for your home. I have four (4) of them in my home, 3 for purifying the air & one to kill mold & bacteria.
In my opinion, chemicals in our food are making us fatter & taller. When I was a youngster, the center on most college basketball teams, that I recall, was about 6’ 2” Eating food pumped full of growth hormones & 80,000 new chemicals in the past 100 years, has turned about one-third of us into Big people & created a new industry dominated by Weight Watchers & Jenny Craig.

Big Pharma & Big Agriculture don’t want you to know the true cause of drug-resistant superbugs that infect 94,000 people per year & kill one in five.
If you knew the true cause, it would hurt Big Pharma’s & Big Agriculture’s bottom lines.
The true cause of superbugs, like MRSA, is the indiscriminate use of antibiotic drugs as growth accelerators in food animals, like cattle, chickens, turkeys, pigs etc.
Decades ago, farmers were taught by Big Pharma & Big Agriculture firms that giving antibiotic drugs to animals made them gain weight quicker, which means they can be marketed sooner for a much higher profit, often a 400% higher profit.
Farm animals were like the 97-pound weakling in the Charles Atlas ads of the 1930s, where the bully kicks sand in his face. However, pump antibiotic drugs on a daily basis into that 97-pound weakling, & the weakling is transformed into a Charles Atlas clone. What would have been a scrawny 1-pound chicken is transformed, for example, into a fat 2-1/2-pound chicken in half the time.
Unless you’re eating organic or free-range meat, you’re probably eating meat with low levels of antibiotic drugs in it. Taking low levels of antibiotics into your body, daily, allows pathogens in your body to mutate, becoming super-pathogens (AKA superbugs) over the course of time.
In the USA. 13 million tons, which is 80% of total U.S. antibiotic usage, is pumped into the farm animals you eat every year.
My advice to you is simple: 1. Switch to organic or free-range meat, and/or; 2. Consider keeping handy a spray bottle of Colloidal Silver, which can kill most superbugs, like MRSA, on contact.
Because of the greed of Big Pharma & Big Agriculture, both of which want to keep you dumb & ignorant about where superbugs come from, there are already at least 49 different strains of antibiotic-resistant superbugs.
When your doctor tests your blood in the hospital & says that you have any of these superbugs, listed below, you’ll know who to blame: Klebsiella pneumonia, Escherichia coli, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Enterococcus faecium, Staphyloccus aureus, Acinetobacterbaumanni, Vibrio sp & 42 other antibiotic-resistant superbugs that each have a 20% mortality rate.
Knowledge is power. You now have the knowledge. Try minimizing your use of most supermarket & fast food meats which are probably all filled with antibiotic growth accelerators. The burger you ate at McDonald’s today may spark the superbug that kills you, tomorrow.
In the event you missed this information in previous newsletters, when a bribed-by-over-half-a-billion dollars in campaign contributions circa 2013 congress voted to give Monsanto freedom from liability for Roundup, these politicians also mandated that only ORGANIC food would be served in both congressional & presidential dining rooms. Antibiotics Can Put You in to An Early Grave
Researchers at Tulane University studied data on antibiotic use by 37,000 women for eight years & came to these conclusions for those who took antibiotics for 2 months or longer after age 59: These women were 27% more likely to die from any cause during the study They were also 58% more likely to die from a heart problem. Antibiotics are powerless against viruses, & work only against bacterial infections. However, doctors hand them out to patients like candy to a baby, regardless of the type of infection. U.S. government figures state that 154 million antibiotics prescriptions are given to patients each year.
If you have a serious bacterial infection (e.g. bacterial pneumonia), antibiotics can save your life. But for minor infections, they are not worth the risk by needlessly destroying crucial gut bacteria that strengthens your immune system. (Always remember that about 80% of your immune system is in the gut.)
Most colds & all flus are viral (caused by viruses) & will not be affected by antibiotics. If your doctor wants to prescribe antibiotics for a common respiratory infection, just say, “No thanks, Doc,” unless you want to increase my likelihood of dying by 27%.
NOTE: On July 2nd, I’m scheduled for another operation at Oklahoma Heart Hospital in Tulsa, Ok. This operation, to implant a small defibrillator in my upper left chest & thread two of its wires into my heart through veins, is my 12th operation (5 of them were abdominal stent operations) using general anesthesia.
General anesthesia is known to kill brain cells, so avoid any optional surgeries if possible. I’m pleasantly surprised that my brain still functions at all, after also having 4 concussions (1 boxing KO, 2 falls, 1 car wreck), a mild heart attack during a junior college lecture in 1978, plus 18 hours of induced coma & 6 days of morphine in 1996 when I lost my left leg above knee to a knee blood clot causing gangrene.
That I’m still alive makes me think that I’m a 21st century Harry Houdini, who escaped death multiple times. If not for modern medicine, I’d be dead & buried in 1996. Maybe God has a sense of humor & kept me alive to write these weekly newsletters you’re reading.
Always remember that the body is like a chain of rusting iron that is only as strong as its weakest link. Exercise is the oil that will keep your body from rusting out. Keep active, mentally as well as physically.

Life is like the game of dodgeball, where the objective is to AVOID being hit by the ball.
Unlike dodgeball, when the ball is hurled at you like a fast-ball pitch, in life the ball is lobbed, slow-pitch speed & can be easily avoided.
Think of the ball as all the unhealthy heart & brain killers & cancer risk increasers found in highly processed foods, like mass-produced baked breads & buns, snacks, cookies, chips, chicken nuggets, fish sticks, instant soups, frozen or ready-to-eat meals, commercially-made desserts & products made with preservatives that can sicken or over-time kill you. like nitrites etc.
Many of these items also contain hydrogenated oils (which clog your arteries), modified starches, colorants, emulsifiers, texturizers, sweeteners & other harmful additives.
Remember that, since salt & sugar give a product longer shelf life, you’ll usually always find them loaded into highly processed foods. Besides giving a product longer shelf life, salt & sugar will give you a shorter life on earth.
In a recent French study, it was shown that highly processed foods not only made & kept you fat, gave you premature death from heart disease, but also put you at a 12% greater risk for cancer.
Interestingly, the study recommended eating fruits, vegetables (including canned ones), cheese, freshly-made bread, rice, pasta, eggs, meat, fish & milk, although most pasteurized milk has little nutritional value. PESTICIDES
Pesticides contaminate 82% of domestic fruits & 62% of domestic vegetables according to the FDA’s 2015 sampling of nearly 6,000 foods.
Greedy companies that buy political votes, like Monsanto, are responsible for the contamination of the U.S. food supply. Currently, you can play dodgeball & avoid the toxic glyphosate in Monsanto’s RoundUp by buying organic fruit & vegetables. However, in twenty years of birds pooping in organic farmland, every inch of American soil should be contaminated with glyphosate.
Besides glyphosate, that contains two chemicals found in Agent Orange, the FDA detected more than 200 other pesticides on these domestic fruits & vegetables. Glyphosate is the most widely- used herbicide worldwide.
For the nonorganic produce you buy, washing with a solution of baking soda may remove some pesticides on the surface of the fruit or vegetables or peeling & discarding the skin may also remove some pesticides. OVERWEIGHT?
40% of cancers are now linked to being overweight or obese, according to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) a few months ago.
It took a long time coming. It wasn’t until 2013 that the American Medical Association finally recognized obesity as a complex, chronic disease.
Among adults, overweight is defined as a body mass index (BMI) of 25.0 to 29.9 & obesity as a BMI of 30 or more.
The simplest way to measure if someone is overfat is to measure the waist-to-height ratio. Waist measurement should be no more than half your height. Therefore a person 5 foot 8” tall should be no greater than 34 inches around the waist.

Take Charge of Your Health Twenty minutes or more of 5 days a week of Aerobic workouts, like you get on a bicycle, exercise bicycle or treadmill, are the best thing you could do to strengthen your immune system.
One example is your thymus gland, The thymus starts to shrink about age 20 in the average sedentary person. This is bad because the thymus is in charge of making T-cells which are immune cells that kill disease like cancer cells in your body. When the thymus begins to shrink, its production of T-cells slows down.
A second example is that aerobic workouts keeps your good gut bacteria healthy & strong. In Swedish studies, it was found that, after 6 weeks of aerobic exercise, each participant had a marked increase in butyrate, an important fatty acid produced by the good gut bacteria. Participants’ thymus gland had ZERO shrinkage. Butyrate generates energy for the body & helps lower inflammation in the body. This lowers your cancer risk & strengthens the immune system.

Do cell phones give off radiation? YES, but cell phones & cordless phones use radiofrequency radiation (RF) to send signals. RF is different from other types of radiation, like X-rays, that we know can be harmful. DOUBLE-BOOKING OPERATIONS Doctors & hospitals (especially at teaching hospitals) want to “double-book” surgeries since it makes them more money. Airlines are not the only folks who “double-book.”
Doing or supervising two surgeries at once, by your surgeon, is “double-booking.” The 1st study done on the effects of “double booking” was recently published in the Journal of American Medical Association Internal Medicine. This study analyzed 90,000 operations for hip replacements & hip fractures from 2009 to 2014.
This study, from the University of Toronto department of surgery, showed that a patient was twice as likely to experience serious complications within one year if the operation was “double-booked.” Complications included infections, need for follow-up surgery & longer hospital stays. “Double-booked” surgeries take longer under anesthesia, which increases the risk of complications-including death & functional decline, especially in seniors, who are the primary patients for hip surgery.
If you have guts enough to ask, ask your surgeon if he/she is going to perform the entire surgery. Then, request he/she at least be in the operating room for your entire surgery, rather than rushing from one operating room to another.

If you have to kick out a side window, aim your foot or hammer (from the glove compartment) at the center of the side window. Forget the windshield. The glass is too thick for you to break. Don’t waste time calling 911 until you & your passengers are safe. Every second counts. If you try to call 911, first, you’ll likely be dead when help finally arrives.
HIGH FIBER DIET Eat more vegetables to protect against cancer. Fiber from vegetables decrease the risk of death from all causes (including cancer) by 17%. Vitamins & minerals are best when they are digested in the food you eat. Unfortunately, most soil in the USA is already depleted of vitamins & minerals, so we are forced to supplement our diet with capsules, tablets etc. of vitamins & minerals.
The government publishes a Recommended Dietary Allowance (RDA) for each vitamin & mineral. For example, your bones need a calcium RDA of 1,000 mg/day if you are a man or woman age 19-50; 1,000 mg/day for men 51-70 & 1,200 mg/day for men 71+ and; 1,200 mg/day for women age 51+.

VACCINES
I stopped being a sheep (blindly believing government propaganda), & ceased taking vaccines for a few years after the Swine Flu scandal of 1976, when about 50 people were paralyzed by the government vaccine, which was quickly & quietly withdrawn from the marketplace.
Then, about 15 years ago, after reading about the mercury & other harmful bases that the vaccines are prepared in, plus reading a medical report that folks over 60 have a 22% higher probability of dementia when they take 5 consecutive years of a government vaccine (e.g. flu, pneumonia, whooping cough etc) I quit taking any of them.
The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) is notorious for publishing fake news to the media The CDC regularly adds pneumonia deaths & flu deaths together. In the USA in 2003, for example, the CDC reported 62,034 deaths from flu, but 61,777 of these 62,034 deaths were from pneumonia. 257 were suspected FLU deaths but only 18 were definitely-identified as FLU deaths. An American doctor (Joseph Mercola D.O.),wrote a recent article that states that the whooping cough vaccine, used for American infants since 1996, is ineffective & that other vaccines with pertussis, like tetanus , diphtheria, polio, hepatitis B, Influenza B & other carried a serious risk of allergic reactions & brain inflammation leading to permanent brain damage. I prefer to die with my brain intact, so I stopped taking all vaccines approved by Uncle Sam. I don’t trust people who regularly lie with statistics. What about you?

Russell Blaylock M.D., a board-certified neurosurgeon, editor of the monthly “Blaylock Wellness Report,” has this to say about vaccines in his October 2017 issue on pages 2 & 3::

Dr. Blaylock also has this to say about the chickenpox vaccine on page 11 of the October 2017 report:
“Natural infections are, in general, superior to vaccines for developing immunity. Chickenpox is a very mild childhood disease and it is ludicrous to have a vaccine for it….Unfortunately, the vaccine has dramatically increased the incidence for shingles in both adults and children….The present vaccine schedule is destroying the health of our children.”
My belief is that a person who takes any government-approved vaccine is playing Russian roulette with his or her life. I don’t intend to be a guinea pig for poorly-tested vaccines.

Your liver is your largest internal organ.
One of its most important functions is to remove toxins & other harmful substances from the body.
Located on top of your stomach, right kidney & intestines, the liver also helps regulate sugar levels, clears blood of alcohol & drugs, regulates many hormones, aids digestion, neutralizes free radicals that can cause cancer, helps blood clot, produces bile which helps carry away waste & break down fats etc.
This workhorse of an organ is overstressed in 2018. Compared to 30 years ago, we are exposed to thousands of new chemicals in our food & in our living & working environment. Once you eat or breathe these chemicals, the liver gets to work neutralizing their ability to harm you.
These thousands of new chemicals are overwhelming your liver, creating damage that will shorten your life by a few years when your liver stops working. You can lose 70% of your liver function & never know it. Until your liver function falls to 10%, there is no test to quantify the health of the liver…and by that time you’re close to death.
Among the worst enemies for your liver are flame retardants, currently universally used in most products found in your home. They are found in mattresses, carpets, furniture etc. …even in the clothes you wear. See below:
FLAME RETARDANTS
Flame retardants claims are bogus. They don’t work as claimed. Their presence gives only an extra 3 seconds before your furniture or clothes ignites.
The presence of “Organophosphorus” (OFRs), the most common & most toxic of fire retardants, produces twice the smoke & 6 times the carbon monoxide & 90 times the soot of untreated flame retardants, according to easyhealthoptions.com, “Flame retardants don’t save us, they kill,” Joyce Holman, October, 2017. These toxic chemicals are also in carpets, electronics, building materials etc. OPRs are all around you in your home, giving off toxic fumes.
Flame retardant chemicals harm your liver. Fumes are inhaled & flame retardant clothing gets into your bloodstream through your skin, where your liver is overwhelmed trying to filter the toxic chemicals. In children, they are at high risk for thyroid disease & cancer when youngsters wear flame retardant clothing & sleep on flame retardant mattresses, sheets & blankets.
Things are slowly starting to change. In September 2017, the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission published a notice in the Federal Register warning that OFR flame retardants pose “a present and serous health issue” & that using them in household products is “ill advised,”
In August 2017, Maine led the nation when it passed I.D. 182, the 1st law in the USA to phase out all toxic flame retardants in upholstered furniture beginning in 2019.
Beware! The average American sofa & padded chair contains a few pounds of deadly OFR that lives in dust particles that you breathe every day. Stop dressing your children or grandchildren in pajamas that are treated by flame retardants. If you’re smart, ask the sales clerk if the product you are about to buy is “flame retardant.” If he/she says “yes,” don’t buy it.

Don’t depend on the yahoos in congress to protect you or your liver. If you want to be protected from contaminated clothing, bedding, furniture, vinyl tile, GMO foods or anything else, you better do it yourself.
In my opinion, flame retardants in clothing & furniture is as dangerous to your health as GMO food in your diet.
Both can harm you.
Both can kill you!

Sleep The average adult needs 7 to 9 hours of sleep every night. Less than 7 hours of sleep every day is sleep deprivation. Try to get about 8 hours of sleep every night for optimal health.
Amyloid plaques, common in Alzheimer’s, also build up more quickly when you’re sleep-deprived. Consistently sleeping less than 6 hours a night increases your risk of dementia, Alzheimer’s & these diseases listed below: Obesity & Type 2 diabetes Stomach ulcers Cancer High Blood Pressure Osteoporosis Depressions & Anxiety Immune function
Sleep deprivation has the same negative effect on your immune system as stress & illness.
AVOCADO If you want to improve your memory & problem-solving abilities, research has shown that eating the fruit, avocado, daily for 6 months or longer, is one way of doing it.
Avocados also keep disease-causing inflammation in check, stop formation of cancerous & precancerous cells, lower your LDL (bad) cholesterol score, increase your HDL (good) cholesterol & helps control your weight by making you feel full. However, I believe that Organic Cocoa Powder (without added sugar) could be beneficial to you, based on a Harvard University study of the Kuma people who live on islands off the coast of Panama.
These Kuma have low blood pressure, live longer, & have lower rates of heart attacks, & substantially-less type 2 diabetes & cancer than Kuma who live on the mainland. The only difference between the 2 groups is that the island-dwelling Kuma drink more than 5 cups of cocoa a day.

Jacqueline Kennedy Onassis Jackie, widow of President John F. Kennedy, dyed her hair black almost every day of her adult life. A medical article I read, attributed her premature death at age 64 to the toxic additives, like lead or aromatic amines & phenols originating from petroleum which creates toxic reactions when combined with hydrogen peroxide that are ingredients in hair dyes. Darker dyes for black hair, like 5’ 7” Jackie, require more coloring agents. Hair dyes can contain thousands of different chemicals.
Jackie officially died of non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma (lymphatic cancer), which attacks the immune system. The European Union (EU) has already banned 22 toxic hair color ingredients that are still frequently used in hair dye products in the USA, because of concerns about these ingredients causing cancer, rheumatoid arthritis, severe allergies etc. The EU is also testing 115 more potentially-toxic ingredients used in hair color products.
Don’t be misled by a product being labeled “Organic.” There are no standards for regulation of the word “organic” for personal care, body care or cosmetics in the USA. Any crook could legally bottle up gasoline, combine it with fragrance & lead & sell it to you as an “organic” personal care product to wash soot & tar off your skin & hair.
A 2004 report in the American Journal of Epidemiology linked hair dyes (especially the darker shades) to blood cancers. If you currently dye your hair, my advice is to stop:

These sweeteners are responsible, in my opinion, for the terribly obese folks in the USA, where over 30% of the population is overweight & doomed to deadly diseases like type 2 diabetes & a premature death.
Unfortunately, I’ve spent lots of time in doctor’s offices, lately, & have noticed that about one-third of the waiting room chairs are built for someone with up to a 90” waistline. If not occupied, I usually sit my waistline in one of these huge chairs. They are very comfortable.
PHARMACEUTICAL COMPANIES (AKA Big Pharma) Big pharma companies are masters of deceit. Instead of telling folks that U.S consumption of sugars & artificial sugars causes us to be overweight & develop type 2 diabetes, they keep quiet, knowing that fat folks & diabetics will buy billions of their drugs (from Big Pharma) to combat obesity, diabetes & fatigue brought on by sugar, artificial sugar & a diet of high glycemic foods, like bread, pizza, white potatoes etc.
If your doctor schedules you for an MRI, ask him/her if this includes the use of “gadolinium,” a chemical that is often used for contrast. Martial artist Chuck Norris recently put his movie career on hold to support his wife Gena, who was nearly killed by “gadolinium. “Gena Norris received several gadolinium injections as part of a normal arthritis (MRI) screen. Within hours after the first jab I felt like my whole body was on fire-as if acid had been passed through it,” she explained. See if your Doc has a safer chemical for your next MRI.
ARTIFICIAL FRAGNANCES (SOURCE: Leigh Erin Connealy, M.D. “Health News” 9/11/2017) Fragrances are a projected $90 billion industry in 2020. Lavender Breeze spray & Citrus Grave after-shave are examples of the fragrance products that are spraying Texas crude in the air & on/in your body. Watch out! More than 95% of the chemicals in synthetic fragrances come from petroleum. Petroleum-based products are toxic & can cause cancer, birth defects, nervous-system disorders, allergies, obesity, low IQ, hyperactivity etc.
Even lipstick has a petroleum based chemical, Phthalate, in it. Although this toxic chemical is banned in the European Union’s 28 countries along with Canada, South Korea, Japan & China, the corrupt FDA allows its use in the products you buy. It’s so pervasive, that you find it even in U.S. bottles of milk. As milk flows from the cow to container, it passes through plastic tubing, which contains Phthalate DEHP. The milk drags some of the Phthalate DEHP out of the tubing & into the container & then into the bottle of milk.
SOLUTION: Replace your cleaners, deodorizers, shampoos, shaving lotions etc. with natural products using vinegar, baking soda & other natural stuff. Even if not on the label, assume your product has an artificial fragrance in it. Stop drinking supermarket milk. Good luck!
DO NOT SLEEP 9 HOURS OR MORE EVERY NIGHT Neurologists examining data from the Framingham Heart Study (FHS) of 5,209 men & women (started in 1948) have stated that people sleeping 9 hours or more were twice as likely to develop Alzheimer’s within 10 years, compared with those who consistently slept less than 9 hours. Another finding was that participants without a high school degree who slept 9+ hours per night had 6 times the risk of dementia than higher educated folks. (SOURCE: Dr. Sudha Seshardri, professor of neurology at Boston University in an article in “Neurology” magazine.)
STATINS I’ve always believed that statins caused liver damage, so I’ve avoided them, although several of my doctors tried to put me on them although my total cholesterol was only 209.
A new Penn State study shows that a daily snack of an ounce and a half of almonds raised your good HDL cholesterol +19% whereas dangerous & expensive statin increased HDL by only 15%. (SOURCE: INH Health Watch, 9/13/17, “Almonds Are Your Heart’s Best Friend”) About 2004, a doctor recommended the statin, Lipitor. I refused to take it since
I’d heard it caused liver damage. She shrugged & recommended I then consider taking Vitamin B-3 (Niacin) 250 mg at each meal. My HDL cholesterol was a dangerously low 39, which made me prone to heart attacks. I began taking B-3 (niacin) & within a year my HDL was in the low 80s. Two years later it registered a high of 97. NOTE: Do NOT take the “no flush” niacin. It’s worthless. I currently take 250mg of niacin, once, every other day, with a meal, to control my flushing.
RATIOS An indicator of your susceptibility to heart attacks is your ratio of Total Cholesterol to good Cholesterol HDL. (Check the figures on your next or last blood test.) Divide Total
Cholesterol by HDL Cholesterol. Any ratio under 4.5 to 1 is good. For example, here is my ratio: 209 (total cholesterol) divided by 97 (HDL) = 2.2 to 1, which is good & is about half of the danger figure. Therefore, I doubt if I’ll die of a heart attack or stroke.
Most likely, a breathing problem affecting my lungs, telomere loss or accident will take me out of one world before 2023 & put me in another.
I’m in no hurry to leave this world & plan to extend my stay as long as possible with a healthy lifestyle & diet. You might consider doing the same, too.

MOUTHWASH
Commercial mouthwashes are filled with toxic chemicals, some of which are banned from food as detrimental to your health. Although you normally don’t swallow mouthwash, you absorb it through the skin in your mouth. Seven (7) of these toxins, commonly found in mouthwashes, are listed below:
1. ARTIFICIAL DYES: Not only can these dyes stain your teeth, but they are linked to tumor development & attention disorders. Mouthwash dyes like FD&C Green #3, D&C Yellow #10 & FD&C Blue #1 can cause liver damage. 2. CHLORHEXIDINE kills good & bad bacteria in your mouth but has also been linked to heart problems & high blood pressure. 3. HEXETIDINE is an antibacterial& antifungal chemical linked to allergic reactions. 4 .METHYL SALICYLATE is added for flavor but can cause dilation of the capillaries & can poison children. 5. GRASS-FED BEEF According to a Steven Gundry, M.D., E-mail, 8/28/2017, “It’s not really beef” (if grain-fed), Grass-fed beef has a natural, balanced ratio of omega-6 fats to omega-3 fats- the ratio of about 3:1, which is perfect. “But when your ratio is any higher than 4:1, you start getting serious health problems: heart disease, hypertension, arthritis & more. “Modern grain-fed beef can have a ratio of 20:1 or higher. “I tell my patients to switch to grass-fed beef exclusively. “However, grass-fed beef is more expensive than grain-fed beef, so I recommend grass-fed flank steak that is as tasty & tender as ribeye or strip steak but often is a third the price-or even less. “Cook a one-and-a-quarter pound grass-fed flank steak. Serve a portion of 4-ounces per person. That’s all the protein you need every day.”
FLANK STEAK Looking for Organic Grass Fed Beef Flank Steak recipes? Google it, online. Here’s one:
“Flank is one of the juiciest, robust cuts in beef. Good on the grill or in a winter oven (see below for a quick oven job). Its longitudinal grain locks in juices and flavor even with high heat in short duration. Flank steak is very lean, and must be cooked carefully to avoid becoming tough. It is best sliced very thin across the grain at about a 45 degree angle from upper surface to lower surface (this also makes the cuts larger, making up for their thin-ness). We are talking thin here; about an eighth of an inch or less being ideal. It lends itself well to an overnight marinade and a quick grilling the following day. It also works well in stir fry dishes if marinated first and cooked quickly to just medium (don’t overcook). For a quick no stress success, try a pepper/sea salt garlic rub on the cut, dropped in a lightly oiled pan in an oven at 500 degrees for 8-9 minutes. This brings interior temp to about 140-145 degrees. We let it rest for 5 minutes, and slice and serve.”
PROBIOTICS According to several recent studies, including one at McMaster University in Canada, probiotics can fight depression more effectively than drugs. If you object to the high cost (e.g. $1 or so per pill) of probiotics, consider eating organic sauerkraut or yoghurt, which are probiotic foods that create good gut (stomach to anus) bacteria. Look for a brand that contains at least 10 billion CFUs per serving. Never forget that good bacteria in your gut, controls 70-80% of your immune system & can keep you from being a mentally-helpless tenant in one of America’s 16,000 nursing homes.
HERBS Artemisinin, an active compound in the herb, Artemisia annua, has been found to be very effective in the PREVENTION & TREATMENT of cancer, especially against breast, leukemia, colon, prostate cancer & others. Choose a quality product with dihydroartemisinin or artesunate compounds. Since the body can build up resistance to artemisinin, take a 4 days on, 3 days off routine. Research artemisinin on the Internet. It appears to not harm healthy tissues & have no side effects while killing only cancer cells like oxygen does. It’s another silver bullet

My previous weekly reports have emphasized that vegetables & fruits absorb 100% of their vitamins & minerals from the soil in which they’re grown. Over the past 70 to 100 years, due to wind & water erosion & over-farming the land, many of our vegetables & fruits have little nutritional value,
There is little topsoil left on land in many commercial U.S. farms. Due to over-farming the land on the east coast, for example, show little if none left in the soil for trace mineral Selenium. The tomato you just bought at the store may look great, but have very few vitamins & minerals in it. It may also have no taste because the soil in which the tomato was grown had little vitamin & mineral value.
Some medical doctors & D.O.s are dumb as a bucket of rocks, nutritionally, & will tell you the American Medical Association typical response, “You get all the vitamins & minerals you need from a balanced diet.” Don’t believe these dummies. Supplement with natural (not synthetic) vitamins & minerals. If you don’t, your body is in trouble!
Roundup is a dangerous, toxic herbicide, which is banned in Europe, where numerous clinical tests show it causes cancer in animals with digestive systems like humans…mice & guinea pigs. European doctors estimate that U.S. cancer cases (from Roundup) will skyrocket in 15-20 years

Magnesium thins calcium so it doesn’t clog your arteries. There’s a 2:1 ratio with calcium (take 500mg magnesium to 1,000mg calcium daily.) Magnesium deficiencies lead to cancer. About 12 years ago I stopped taking any vaccine approved by the Food and Drug Association (FDA) & the Centers for Disease Control & Prevention (CCC) when I read that your chance of getting Alzheimer’s increases over 20% after age 60 when you take five consecutive years of the flu or pneumonia vaccine, because of its harmful mercury or another toxic base.
In my opinion, vaccines regularly given to children in America are manufactured with numerous brain-damaging, toxic ingredients, including aluminum, mercury, monosodium glutamate & formaldehyde. Many articles have discussed the fact that these vaccines might cause autism in certain children who react negatively to the ingredients in the vaccine. I believe this hypothesis could be true. Antidepressants can also increase autism rates 81% higher in pregnant women. (See attachment.)
Autism is a wide range of brain disorders in young children that affects their ability to communicate & relate emotionally to others. This disability ranges from mild to severe & occurs 4 to 5 times more often in boys than girls.
Even attorney Robert F. Kennedy Jr has written a book about the dangers to children from these brain-damaging vaccines, “Thimerosal: Let the Science Speak,” 2014. (Thimerosal has mercury in it. Often the person giving the vaccine will say in answer to your question. No, this vaccine doesn’t have mercury in it. It has Thimerosal.)

Or buy non-fluoridated water at the grocery store.
It’s worth 150 bucks to me to protect my brain & body from an insane city government, that’s been dumb-enough to approve dumping a toxic metal into folks’ drinking water since the mid-1940s.

Besides a Multi-vitamin, I’d recommend, at a daily minimum, individual Vitamin A 5,000 I.U, B-Complex 50mg, C 1,000mg, D3 5,000 I.U. Omega-3 Fish Oil 1200mg, a good Probiotic, calcium, magnesium & sublingual B-12 Methyl-Cobalamin 5mg capsules or tablets or packets, with or just after a meal. I take my vitamins, minerals, amino acids & herbs after every meal & attribute the fact that my brain is still working well, to these supplements which I’ve been taking for about 6 decades.
I’ve always been flexible & can, at age 85, still nearly touch both palms to the floor In the morning, when I awaken, I maybe a little stiff, but I’ve never felt any arthritis pain. I believe, that if I still had 2 legs, I’d be competing in road races & triathlons, like I did from 1980-1996.

My 31 January 2017 report mentioned that there were 22,500 human diseases with no known cure out of a universe of 30,000 diseases on this planet.
I had two thoughts when I read about this World Health Organization, 2004 report:
Why do our idiot, politically-correct-politicians allow anyone across our borders without screening them for any of these 22,500 incurable diseases? For example, who’s crazy enough to welcome a next-door neighbor with highly-contagious Ebola Virus? Maybe if you work in congress or in the U.S. Supreme Court or San Francisco’s 9thCircuit Court, you are crazy enough, since they are the few folks who wrote and/or voted on unworkable unlimited immigration, Obamacare or most of our other laws, damaging-to-your-health–and-wallet
My second thought was something like this: “Sure hope that neither I nor family & friends gets one of these 22,500 incurable diseases.”
On Friday, January 27, 2017, a nurse from my primary care doctor phoned me & said, “Mr. Youmans, we examined the chest x-ray that you took yesterday. You have COPD.”
Not wanting to appear too stupid, I replied, “If you had COPD, what would you do?”
She replied, “Dr.Miller would like you to see a Pulmonologist.”
To make a long story short, I’m seeing a lung specialist (Pulmonologist) on my 85thbirthday, March 2nd, at 1:30 P.M. This was the soonest that Andrew Gottehrer M.D. could fit me into his busy practice.
I had no idea what COPD was when I was told I had it, a few weeks ago, so I’ve done extensive research about Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD).
Since a good defense against any non-curable, progressive lung disease like COPD is a good offense, I’ve begun to think like General George S. Patton Jr. did in WWII. Patton had only one six-letter word he used in every Third Army engagement in France & Germany against the NAZI army.
“ATTACK!!!!!!!!!! Until You Run Out Of Gas In Your Tank. Then, You Fix Bayonets On Your M-1 Rifles & Attack The Bastards Until You Run Out Of Bastards To Attack” (If General Patton never said this, he should have. It was the way he felt. Anyone with an incurable disease, even OLD AGE, should adopt Patton’s ATTACK philosophy.)
Since knowledge is power, you get all the knowledge about your enemy before you ATTACK, like Patton did. I researched COPD extensively on the Internet & in my personal alternative cures library & immediately began using the following methods of both alleviating symptoms as coughing, difficulty breathing & mucus build-up in the lungs & strengthening my immune system to prevent a simple cold from developing into pneumonia, which was the cause of death of both my parents, Dad in 1997, & Mom in 2002. Both also had cancer which damaged their immune system. Dad hsd Colon & Prostate cancer, & Mom was diagnosed with Pancreatic cancer. Both died in their mid-to-late 90s.
Starting the night of January 27th, I hooked up my Sleep Apnea machine to a 5-Liter DeVilbiss Oxygen Concentrator (That I had bought, used, for $450 from my doctor 4 years ago.) This 45-pound machine creates oxygen from the air & pushes it through tubing into my sleep apnea mask for about 7-hours every night. Oxygen kills germs in my lungs & blood stream. I originally bought it to kill cancer cells in my body. (The oxygen machine is noisy & rests on a thick, rubber gym mat to cut vibrations. I wear ear plugs at night because of the loud vibrations on the floor.)
In addition to high dose oxygen, plus a spoonful of local honey & Royal Honey at bedtime to kill germs, based on medical reports I’ve read, I take numerous vitamins & minerals for general health plus specific vitamins, minerals, herbs, amino acids etc. that alleviated symptoms in some (not all) COPD patients in patient tests. These pills/packets include: 1. N-Acetyl Cysteine (600 mg 2xday to break up mucus in the lungs); 2. Magnesium citrate (1,000 mg/day to open air passages);; 3. Liposomal Vitamin C (1,000mg 3xday) & Omega-3 (2.000-5,000/day) to build up the immune system, and; 4. Resprin (a pill blend of 23 herbs (17 are organic) that promote respiratory heath. Currently, I’m taking all of the above & plan to add 2 others, if my pulmonologist approves. I’ve read that both require a prescription: 1. SSKI Potassium Iodide compound (3 to 6 drops in water daily) to bring up mucus from the lungs of COPD patients, and; 2. Inhaled glutathione through a nebulizer that is well-absorbed into the lungs to alleviate symptoms & improve the immune system. In addition, I’ll also query my doctor about his opinion of stem cell therapy, which has been used successfully, since 2013, to increase quality of life for lung patients like me. (on June 19. 2019, I had a stem cell treatment performed outpatient on my right knee.)
I hope this memo has sparked some ideas for the next decade or two of your life, based on the experiences of someone with a much-shorter future ahead of him, a 85thbirthday in a few weeks & a bucket list with a few items to check off in the next couple of years.
I’ve never forgotten actor Peter Finch in his brilliant 1976 Oscar-nominated performance in “Network” as T.V. newscaster Howard Beale. See Beale yelling his famous monologue…Open the window & yell, “I’m mad as hell and I’m not going to take this anymore.”
Watch on YouTube what happens after he screams his monologue into the TV camera…people all over America responded to Beale as I did, then, and still do now. Just go to Google & enter the words of Beale’s dialogue or go to YouTube & listen to a video of the dialogue & the public’s response to it. Beale attacked the social system just as I have also done with my health status & weekly reports that many of you receive. Unfortunately, talented Peter Finch died at age 60. Hope you live longer & healthier than he did. Perhaps Finch would have lived longer with an “ATTACK” strategy like Howard Beale had.
Just in case my “ATTACK” strategy doesn’t work as long as I believe it will (e.g. 3-5 years), sticking to Murphy’s Law #1 that, if you want something done right, you better do it yourself, while still vertical, I’ve written a draft of my 364-word obit for the local newspaper, “The Tulsa World.”
The obit photo, taken a few years ago when I had a full head of hair, will be of me smiling like a Halloween pumpkin, proving that not everyone turns into an old grouch when informed they’ll be packing it in, one day, soon.

Any politician who blanketly-approves unrestricted, unscreened-for-disease immigration into the U.S.A. is an absolute MORON, in my opinion, & places every American, including you, & your family, at severe health risk.
Any voter who approves of politicians advocating unlimited, unscreened-for-disease immigration is an even worse MORON, in my opinion.
Since, Americans voted for a government that approved unrestricted, unscreened-for-disease immigration policy from 2008 to 2016, it proves that we have a high percentages of uninformed, ignorant & very dangerous voters in this country. Many of these yahoos applauded when the government brought thousands of 3rd world immigrants suffering from an incurable virus, like Ebola, into the country.
I didn’t applaud when President George Bush brought in over 140,000 Haitian HIV patients & President Obama brought in hundreds or thousands of Ebola Virus patients for treatment in the U.S.A. although they were both incurable viruses. I wanted to leave the country to escape an insane immigration policy, however, no one else in my family wanted to leave this insane country, so I reluctantly stayed here & double-bolted my doors at night.
Today, a child must survive about 30,000 diseases in order to live into his or her 80s. Plus he must survive living in an environment polluted with auto, truck, train, airplane exhaust, chemical waste, plant emissions, farm & industrial waste contaminating the drinking water & must ignore artificial potential killers tempting him along the way, such as junk food, sugar-filled food, tobacco products, direct & indirect advertising for dangerous products like Roundup that now coats much of America’s food like Velcro. (Roundup is nearly-impossible to wash off anything.)
Because of the thousands of unscreened, diseased immigrants allowed into this country, since 1/20/2009, & the immunity from prosecution given cancer-causing Monsanto by Obama & congress in 2013, I predict that the average age of American death will fall from about age 81, today, to the mid-to-high 70s within the next decade or two.

However, we all get there by different routes…some short, some lengthy, some painful, some pain-free If you want the longest, healthiest route to your final destination, then read information-filled books about improving your health, like “Dead Doctors Don’t Lie,” Wellness Publications, 3rdedition 2011 by Joel D. Wallach DVM, N.D. & his wife, Ma Lan M.D.
Below are helpful gems of wisdom, mostly gleaned from the pages of “Dead Doctors Don’t Die.” These ideas have improved my quality of life. Maybe they can improve your health, too. This book is available used on Amazon.com for the cost of a cup of Starbuck’s coffee!
Humans have the genetic potential or upper limit for longevity of about 168 yers, but most don’t live even half that number of years, because they don’t avoid dietary landmines like fried foods, sugar & soft drinks & other landmines like alcohol, smoking & death frm predators & traffic accidents etc. (Pages 132-133).
Most people forget that plants you eat every day give you vitamins (if nt overcooked), but these vegetables & fruit may contain few minerls, depending on whether or not minerals were present in the soil in which they were grown.
Many intelligent folks supplement their diet with a few minerals, like magnesium, calcium & potassium, but forget there are 90 essential minerals which are essetial to absorb vitamins, & strengthen your DNA, RNA, chromosomes, enzymes, hormones, energy & maximize your tilization of oxygen.

Only when vitamin cmpanies are Big Pharma-controlled, will vitamin & mineral supplements ever be approved by the AMA.
When that time comes, prices will skyrocket & a doctor’s prescription will likely be required to buy nutritional supplements. Big Pharma tried to require prescriptions in the 1950s, & they were prevented by lawsuits financed mainly by the owner of “Prevention” & “Organic Gardening” magazine, J.I. Rodale. Mr. Rodale, whom I worked for (1962-64), told me it cost him over $100,000 in legal fees to prevent a Big Pharma takeover of the vitamin/mineral supplement idustry.
James Hilton made Shangri-La famous in his 1934 Pulitzer Prize winning novel, “Lost Horizon,” where people lived long & productive lives. These folks in Shangri-La drank mineral-laced glacier water & farmed in mineral-rich soil. 100 yers ago, soil was mineral-rich in the U.S.A. Folks ate mineral-rich food grown in mineral-rich soil
. Due to commercial over-farming there are few minerals left in the earth’s soil & also bcause of erosion, vegetables grown in this depleted soil may look okay, but they often taste like sawdust

This fact is true whether or not the product is labeled organic or unlabeled. Previous research determined that Beethoven had suffered from lead poisoning, first detecting toxic levels of the metal in his hair and then, two years ago, in bone fragments. Those findings strengthened the belief that lead poisoning may have contributed – and ultimately led – to his death at age 57.
But Viennese forensic expert Christian Reiter claims to know more after months of painstaking work applying CSI-like methods to strands of Beethoven’s hair.
He says his analysis, published last week in the Beethoven Journal, shows that in the final months of the composer’s life, lead concentrations in his body spiked every time he was treated by his doctor, Andreas Wawruch, for fluid inside the abdomen. Those lethal doses permeated Beethoven’s ailing liver, ultimately killing him, Reiter told The Associated Press.
“His death was due to the treatments by Dr. Wawruch,” said Reiter, head of the Department of Forensic Medicine at Vienna’s Medical University. “Although you cannot blame Dr. Wawruch – how was he to know that Beethoven already had a serious liver ailment?”
Nobody did back then.
Only through an autopsy after the composer’s death in the Austrian capital on March 26, 1827, were doctors able to establish that Beethoven suffered from cirrhosis of the liver as well as edemas of the abdomen. Reiter says that in attempts to ease the composer’s suffering, Wawruch repeatedly punctured the abdominal cavity – and then sealed the wound with a lead-laced poultice.
Although lead’s toxicity was known even then, the doses contained in a treatment balm “were not poisonous enough to kill someone if he would have been healthy,” Reiter said. “But what Dr. Wawruch clearly did not know that his treatment was attacking an already sick liver, killing that organ.”
Even before the edemas developed, Wawruch noted in his diary that he treated an outbreak of pneumonia months before Beethoven’s death with salts containing lead, which aggravated what researchers believe was an existing case of lead poisoning.
But, said Reiter, it was the repeated doses of the lead-containing cream, administered by Wawruch in the last weeks of Beethoven’s life, that did in the composer.
Analysis of several hair strands showed “several peaks where the concentration of lead rose pretty massively” on the four occasions between Dec. 5, 1826, and Feb. 27, 1827, when Beethoven himself documented that he had been treated by Wawruch for the edema, said Reiter. “Every time when his abdomen was punctured ... we have an increase of the concentration of lead in the hair.”
Such claims intrigue others who have researched the issue.
“His data strongly suggests that Beethoven was subjected to significant lead exposures over the last 111 days of his life and that this lead may have been in the very medicines applied by his doctor,” said Bill Walsh, who led the team at the U.S. Department of Energy’s Argonne National Laboratory outside Chicago that found large amounts of lead in Beethoven’s bone fragments. That research two years ago confirmed the cause of years of debilitating disease that likely led to his death – but did not tie his demise to Wawruch.
“I believe that Beethoven’s death may have been caused by this application of lead-containing medicines to an already severely lead-poisoned man,” Walsh said.
Still, he added, samples from hair analysis are not normally considered as reliable as from bone, which showed high levels of lead concentration over years, instead of months.
With hair, “you have the issue of contamination from outside material, shampoos, residues, weathering problems. The membranes on the outside of the hair tend to deteriorate,” he said, suggesting more research is needed on the exact composition of the medications given Beethoven in his last months of his life.
As for what caused the poisoning even before Wawruch’s treatments, some say it was the lead-laced wine Beethoven drank. Others speculate that as a young man he drank water with high concentrations of lead at a spa.
“We still don’t know the ultimate cause,” Reiter said. “But he was a very sick man – for years before his death.”

Few drugs attack the cause of disease. Sure antibiotics can cure a bacterial infection, but most drugs (in my opinion) mask symptoms (make you feel better) & do nothing to destroy the cause of the disease. Even a common drug like aspirin does nothing to cure the cause of joint pain or headache, but only covers over or masks the symptoms.
Don’t be bullied by a medical professional into taking any Big Pharma drug until you know its history for the past 20 years including its side effects…and most all drugs have side effects, especially unknown side effects. An unknown side effect for Beethoven was that his lead treatment would kill him as dead as many Vietnam veterans exposed to Agent Orange chemicals decades before.
Because of the multi-million dollar costs of testing new drugs, Big Pharma cuts corners & likely fudges results (e.g. the glass of water is always half-full, never half-empty) like German manufacturer, Gruenenthal Group did in the 1950s when they rushed a morning sickness drug, Thalidomide, onto the worldwide market.
It’s taken over fifty years for Gruenenthal Group to apologize to the thousands of babies born with limb, eyes, ears, heart, genitals & internal organ defects. On August 31, 2012, this German Big Pharma member issued its first apology to those guinea pigs injured by their poorly-tested Thalidomide drug, since it was withdrawn from the marketplace in 1961.
Doctors are indirectly compensated by Big Pharma for enrolling patients in drug tests & for writing prescriptions for certain drugs, like cholesterol drugs. The average American is a natural gambler.
He makes decisions based on both his understanding of the present & his forecast or guess of what he believes the future will be.
EXAMPLES: 1, Joe rents a home in Detroit, a city of 2 million people governed by a corrupt mayor. Joe notes the increasing violence in the streets which is making the city unsafe.
Money for bridges & roads is diverted to the pockets of local politicians. Many buildings are vacant & crumbling.
He has saved money for a down payment on a home & decides to buy it, not in Detroit but far out in the suburbs. Joe gambled that the violence & corruption would influence residents to leave the city. He was right, for 20 years later Detroit's population fell from 2 million to about 800,000.
EXAMPLES: 2, Art owns a home in Tulsa, Ok that is currently not wheelchair accessible. Art has only an old right leg & a left above-knee prosthesis to walk on. His right leg is missing half the cartilage in the knee joint, which has collapsed three times, this year, causing Art to fall from his walker, the 1st fall into a large sink & the last 2 into padded chairs
. Although he never bounced off the floor, he realizes that his only knee is “on its last legs,” so he predicts a grim future confined to a wheelchair or powered scooter within the next year or so. An avid reader, he researched the Internet to find solutions to his problem. He found two solutions, which are shown, below.
a. On June 11th, Art had his own stem cells (from the fat tissues on both sides of his lower back) removed by a needle injection, mixed by a special machine to separate blood from the stem cells & these stem cells were then injected into both sides of his right knee. This $3.500 procedure took about 3 hours, hurt like hell for 15 seconds (twice) when the stems cells were extracted from his back, & hopefully will strengthen the right knee, help heal his right shin wounds & possibly repair some or all of the cartilage.
Art won't know for several months if this stem cell treatment actually worked. It's a gamble. Stem cell repair works for some & doesn't work for others. It was well-worth the gamble for Art. Currently, after one month & a half (45 days), he feels no difference in his right knee from the stem cell treatment.
b. On July 31, 2019, Art had 2 ten-foot long, 7-1/2 inch-wide, heavy-duty aluminum ramps (cost $189 plus tax from Discountramps.com) installed at his side porch door by his driveway & garage.
The drop from the side porch door to the driveway is only 13-inches, but Art has only the strength to get up only half-way by himself in a wheelchair, likely because he has COPD & Congestive Heart Failure & is age 87, so he just bought a small battery-operated 4-wheel scooter on July 30th for $1,221.
The Go-Go Elite Traveler 4-Wheel scooter weighs 80 pounds, but easily disassembles into 5 separate parts, none weighing more than 34 pounds.
Labor to install the two 7-1/2 inch-wide ramps, plus treated lumber supports for the ramps, concrete bolts etc, will likely be around $500.

Each ramp has 2 raised edges (1-7/8” high) to prevent a wheelchair or scooter from falling off the ramp. The distance between the center of each ramp is 19.5 inches, which will be perfect for my new battery-operated, 4-wheel scooter, which has 19.5 inch distance between the outside of the left & right wheels.
A 3-wheel battery-powered scooter might save you a few hundred bucks, but it could tip over & would need a solid 3-foot-wide ramp with rails, not the 2 small ramps I'm using.
Art had previously rejected 2 written quotes up to $4,700 to build a solid 3-foot-wide, 16-foot ramp with rails at the front door, where the drop to the sidewalk from the front porch was 23-inches, which is nearly double the drop from the side porch door by the garage.
My advice is if you or friends ever need a wheelchair or scooter ramp, it's simpler, faster & much-less costly if you use the exit door from your home, with less inches to the ground, like I did.
Like Joe did in Example 1, Art is betting on the future & that he will be there to enjoy it.

In Art's case, he can feel his right knee becoming weaker & unstable. Two years ago the check valves in his lower-leg veins began to rupture (from old age) & blood backed up in the lower leg (from knee to ankle) causing numerous (more than 10) small cuts bleeding on the shin bone skin
. A Hillcrest Medical Center wound doctor told Art that the situation was nonrepairable.
Art sprays an antiseptic (colloidal silver that kills bacteria) on the small open cuts on his right shin bone twice a day & assists healing by applying an Aquaphor healing cream daily to the wounds. He realizes that infection, gangrene etc, could result in the loss of his only leg, but he hopes his luck holds out for at least a year or two.
Currently, the largest wound is nearly ½ inch wide & ¼ inch deep & needs to be evaluated by a medical specialist.
Wound clinic doctors at Hillcrest Medical Center in Tulsa may have given up on Art, in 2017, but he plans to do everything possible that might give him one more second, minute, hour, day, week, month or year on planet earth.
This includes getting a 2nd opinion from different wound doctors on August 5th at 2 P.M. He will not accept the typical “brush-off” prescription of massive doses of antibiotics for 90 days, usually-given by American doctors when they feel helpless to solve a patient's problems. He's looking for something different that could cure his condition, like laser-therapy, which has solved vein problems for others. Art's not looking for something, like antibiotics, that will mask his symptoms & kill all the bacteria, including the good bacteria, in his gut.
He will not enter this August 5th, 2 P.M. meeting with the purpose of making new friends. He's interested only in finding a cure for vein problems that might extend his life.
Besides switching to a healthy Ketogenic (AKA Keto) diet, Art has reviewed a tremendous amount of medical literature & determined that drinking one-ounce of colloidal silver every day will kill bacteria & viruses & parasites from the inside, while spraying colloidal silver topically on the right leg sores will kill bacteria, viruses & parasites externally.

Art's height is now about 5' 7” & his weight is a non-muscular 135 pounds, down from 6' 1/4” & a muscular 195 pounds in 1955, around 64 years ago.
Last year, he remodeled his home, including a new sink in the main bathroom, making it more wheelchair accessible.

The 2019 Global Total Debt (including the USA, Eurozone (19 countries), Japan, China & the U.K.) is about $246.5 trillion, up about 20% from $208.2 trillion in 2012.

Including pensions & other off book “invisible” debt entries, the real US debt is likely over $200 trillion, including the “visible” $69 trillion debt.
A greedy, spendthrift Congress & President from 2009-2016, has bankrupted America, helped by a few inept other presidents in the past 26 years. The only reason we're not already standing in line at a soup kitchen is that no one has yelled, “But, the Emperor Has No Clothes,” yet.
Since the Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act of 2010 allows U.S.banks to seize your CDs, savings, checking accounts etc. in the event of a bank run, or possible bank failure, I choose to keep only a small amount of money in the bank.
Use your own judgement, but you're nuts if you have over $10,000 total in CDs, savings & checking accounts in the bank.
Banks are unsafe because so many of them have invested in derivatives, the same risky investments that caused the bank crash of 2008-9, when the stock market fell 39-40%. The packing of these mostly residential-homes-in default-derivatives, accelerated by favorable laws during the Clinton presidency & pushed through by the congressional black caucus from 1977 to about 1997, caused the crash of 2008-9 & may cause another in the near future.
This is just another of many ways that congress has screwed up this country with unintended consequences.
Top U.S. Banks continue to invest in toxic, high dividend derivatives because they expect Uncle Sam to bail them out, in the future, like he did in 2008-9. These banks are in for a surprise. Uncle Sam is as broke as they are, thanks to congressional spendthrifts.
Today, the 6 top riskiest U.S. Banks are 1. Goldman Sachs with $860 billion in total assets, with $41.23 trillion in risky derivatives. These jerks own $48 in derivatives to every dollar of assets. 2. The 2ndriskiest bank is Morgan Stanley with $814.94 billion in total assets, with $28.56 trillion in risky derivatives. These dopes own $33 dollars in derivatives to every dollar of assets. 3. The 3rdriskiest bank is Citigroup with $1.79 trillion in total assets, with $47 trillion in risky derivatives. These morons own $26 in derivatives for every dollar of assets. 4. The 4thriskiest bank is JP Morgan Chase with $2.49 billion in total assets, with $46.99 trillion in risky derivatives. These nuts own $19 in derivatives for every dollar of assets. 5. The 5thriskiest bank is Bank of America with $2.18 trillion in total assets, & $33.13 trillion in derivatives. This bank owns $15 trillion in derivates for every dollar of assets. 6. The 6thriskiest U.S. Bank for going belly-up is Wells Fargo with $1.93 trillion in total assets, with $7 trillion in risky derivatives. Wells Fargo foolishly owns $4 in derivatives for every $1 of assets.
If you're wise & need a bank, my advice is to never put your money in these 6 banks. If you already bank at one of these 6 banks, move your account to a local bank that doesn't gamble in derivatives.
Overseas, Germany's largest bank, Deutsche Bank, has already laid off 18,000 employees this year (one-fifth of total employees) & had a bank run, where clients, mostly hedge funds were pulling about $1 billion a day during July 2019, because of derivative exposure of $49 trillion. This massive fear of derivative exposure could easily roll over to the U.S. Financial markets.
Following the poor example of large American banks, Deutsche Bank, with total assets of $1.541 trillion, has $31 in toxic derivatives for every $1 of assets, nearly as bad as Morgan Stanley.

NOTE: On June 19, 2019 I had a $3,500 Stem Cell procedure done on my right (only) knee. These procedures normally take 3 months before you feel the benefits in 85% of the procedures.
About 30 days ago, after 3 months, I wrote that I was in the 15% category who showed no benefit from the procedure.

Most general practitioner doctors are just drug dispensers. They are trained to manage your health problems with pills, & seldom ever try to find the root cause of any of your problems. Doctors manage their practices so that you will become a permanent dumbed-down patient who comes back to scheduled appointments for a renewal prescription.
If you want to have good health as you age, you will have to do it yourself, with knowledge from books, Internet websites like webmd.com & artyoumansstories.com & other secondary sources.
You'll also have to plan ahead.
EXAMPLE: In 2016, when I was a youngster of 84, I heard of a Telomeres blood test for $185 that could predict how long you'll likely live. I took the test & found out that the telomeres on my chromosomes would vanish when I'm 89, leaving me with a weak immune system.
A weak immune system allows a common cold to swiftly develop into deadly pneumonia. Not wishing to die until I live longer than my Dad, who died at 94, I began to plan ahead in 2016 to strengthen my immune system with a good diet & vitamins, minerals, amino acids & herbs that support the health of my body. I eat no factory-prepared, grocery store meat & packaged food filled with antibiotics & growth hormones because it's also saturated with sugar & salt, both giving longer shelf life

When you start to get old at 50, get in the habit of never worrying about stuff you have no control over.
For example, there is incredible voter fraud in California & most sanctuary cities & states where street people are transported, by bus, all day to vote in different precincts more than 50 or 100 times in an election. This 5 to 8-million voter fraud totals used to bother me, but it took many years to stop worrying about it because there is nothing I can do to stop this voter fraud.

You can lower stress in your life in two major ways:
Keep awayfrom difficult people who want to share their problems with you.
Tell them to share their problems with their bartender, not you.
2. If you can't do anything about a problem, don't worry about it. However, everyone faces the one problem that you can do something about: Death, the end of life.
If you feel your life has value, you might decide to prolong it as long as possible by eliminating anything that could shorten your life, like risky behavior (e.g. e-cigarettes, excess booze, lousy diet etc). This is exactly what I'm trying to do.
If you believe you can make a contribution to humanity by occupying space on this planet, then consider what other risky habits you can eliminate & what beneficial habits you can adopt.
The choice is yours.
If I live another 2-1/4 years to at least 90, I'll know that my diet & supplements probably got me there.

Al Sears MD, a southern Florida doctor providing stem cell treatment, sent out an e-mail on November 21, 2019 that the Food & Drug Administration (FDA) is taking steps to ban stem cell treatments as too experimental, in 2020, likely in the 3rd or 4th quarter of the year.
Then, they'll likely try to put research “on the shelf” for decades, forcing folks to seek help outside the USA, unless President Trump intervenes & I'm not sure he can do anything to stop the FDA.
Therefore, if you're planning to have any stem cell outpatient surgery, don't wait too long.
I had stem cell surgery on my only leg on June 11th. It took about 4 months to work, but my right leg cartilage in rebuilding & the muscles supporting the knee are much stronger than before. Without this treatment, I'd likely be unable to walk by 2020.
The FDA is staffed with former Big Pharma executives & legislation they ask congress to pass is either written or re-written by Big Pharma lawyers.
The most recent terrible FDA legislation was the 21st Century Act, a United States law enacted by the 114th U.S. Congress on December 13, 2016, & was greatly supported by Big Pharma & opposed by numerous consumer groups.
This terrible law concerns Medicaid, but stuck in Section 3033, more commonly known as the Regenerative Medicine Advanced Therapy Designation, was the broadening of the definition of what a drug is. This definition would include stem cell therapy & any other therapy where the body healed itself.
The FDA controls drugs, so within 11 months they are expected to control stem cells. This is bad for the stem cell industry, as Big Pharma wishes to stop stem cell research as it competes with their expensive drugs.
Stem cells to cure disease won a Nobel Prize in 2012.
An Ivy League university used stem cells to generate new pancreatic cells to reverse diabetes.
A study published in the prestigious journal, “Nature,” reports stem cells “creates new brain cells, reversing brain damage and restoring memory.”
And Stanford University gave stem cells to invalids in wheelchairs & these folks are now walking again.
The clock is ticking.

Bailing out the “too big to fail U.S. banks” in 2008 was very costly to a nearly-bankrupt USA, so, with an executive order, President Obama created the anti-consumer July 21, 2010 Dodd-Frank Act removing any future burden off the government's shoulders by allowing banks to confiscate your money if they ever, again, have financial problems. Since U.S. Banks have much greater derivative exposure in 2019 than they had in 2008, they will definitely have future financial problems & will use the sneaky Dodd-Frank Act to seize depositor money, maybe even yours.
My advice is to keep only what you can afford to lose in a bank. Use your imagination as to where you'll hide the rest: in a hidden wall safe, under the attic insulation, or, like a crooked former south Florida judge (now a Florida congressman) who hid a $90,000 bribe (payment for reduced bail), from a drug dealer, in his freezer, according to the FBI that found it. He was fired from his job as a judge, so Alcee L.Hastings ran for the U.S. House of Representatives & was elected.
China's banks are also in terrible financial shape. China, which always understates its problems, claims that 586 out of its 4,379 banks are “high risk.” China's banks have over $40 billion in deposits & have had recent bank runs by panicked depositors. China and/or U.S bank failures could cause a worldwide recession.
Because the U.S. Congress controls government spending & congressional free-spending maniacs are in control, the U.S. Went about $1 trillion more in debt from fiscal year 2018 to fiscal year 2019. The U.S. Federal Debt hit $21,6 trillion in fiscal 2019. Based on the past, the U.S. Federal Debt should keep increasing slightly more than a trillion dollars every year until the U.S. goes bankrupt. FLUORIDE IS A Very DANGEROUS Heavy Metal, Like Mercury
For the first time, a major medical journal, published by the American Medical Association (“JAMA Pediatrics” in August 2019) printed what's been known by me for at least the past 3+ decades.
Fluoride, drunk by pregnant mothers resulted in 5.29 points lower I.Q. for their boys & girls compared with children of mothers in non-fluoridated communities. (SOURCE: Jonathan V. Wright M.D., “Green Medicine Newsletter,” September 2019, pages 4-6)
Fluoride, like every heavy metal, builds up in your brain. In my opinion, it's insane to actually buy the toxic waste products of aluminum & fertilizer companies & dump it into cities' drinking water to protect children's teeth.
Fluoride has been foolishly dumped into about 66% of the drinking water of this country since, in the mid-1940s, Aluminum companies convinced the American Dental Association that their toxic waste product, Fluoride, would protect kid's teeth (which I don't believe is true.).
Either the aluminum company big shots were world-class salesmen, or the American Dental Association executives were all driving Cadillac cars after the agreement was signed.
It is very difficult to stop Fluoride from poisoning 66% of America's water supply. Because of lobbying by Aluminum & Fertilizer firms, communities can only stop fluoridating their water supply by a vote in an election in every individual community in America. I bought my 1st reverse osmosis under-the-sink unit in 1990 to filter-out heavy metals, like fluoride & mercury & aluminum etc. I'm now using my 3rd unit. I buy them at Lowe's for about $160 & each unit (3 filters, holding tank, plastic tubing, special faucet) lasts about 10 years before multiple leaks start.
Oils, like Omega-3 fish oil, can go rancid in 10-12 months after being bottled. Four fat-soluble vitamins, A,D, E & K can also go rancid in 10-12 months. You have no idea how long your bottle has been sitting in a warehouse or on a store shelf before you purchased it.
The advice most commonly given by the vitamin companies is “to store them in a dark, cool place away from UV rays & sunlight.”
I store my A, D, E & K capsules in a dark cabinet away from direct sunlight, but keep my bottles & capsules of Omega-3 fish oil, cod liver oil, extra-virgin olive oil & organic avocado cooking oil in the refrigerator. What works for me could work for you.

Jacqueline Kennedy Onassis Jackie, widow of President John F. Kennedy, dyed her hair black almost every day of her adult life. A medical article I read, attributed her premature death at age 64 to the toxic additives, like lead or aromatic amines & phenols originating from petroleum which creates toxic reactions when combined with hydrogen peroxide that are ingredients in hair dyes. Darker dyes for black hair, like 5’ 7” Jackie, require more coloring agents. Hair dyes can contain thousands of different chemicals.
Jackie officially died of non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma (lymphatic cancer), which attacks the immune system. The European Union (EU) has already banned 22 toxic hair color ingredients that are still frequently used in hair dye products in the USA, because of concerns about these ingredients causing cancer, rheumatoid arthritis, severe allergies etc. The EU is also testing 115 more potentially-toxic ingredients used in hair color products.
Don’t be misled by a product being labeled “Organic.” There are no standards for regulation of the word “organic” for personal care, body care or cosmetics in the USA. Any crook could legally bottle up gasoline, combine it with fragrance & lead & sell it to you as an “organic” personal care product to wash soot & tar off your skin & hair.
A 2004 report in the American Journal of Epidemiology linked hair dyes (especially the darker shades) to blood cancers. If you currently dye your hair, my advice is to stop:
“You will look a lot better, alive, in ten years when you stop dying your hair, than you ever will when you are dead.” However, if you keep dying your hair, you’ll look much better in your casket, than the person, who quit dyeing, today, who attends your funeral.
Jackie also had several miscarriages at the beginning of her marriage to JFK. It was discovered that she was low in Folate (AKA Vitamin B-9), part of the B-Complex. She never had another miscarriage after she began taking Folate in her B-Complex pill. Folate is water soluble. It washes out of your body in 3-4 hours. In my opinion, a pregnant woman should take her Folate in a B-Complex pill that contains it, with every meal. Do not take folic acid, which is a synthetic Folate. If your pediatrician or other doctor you see, doesn't mention natural (not synthetic) Folate to you when you're pregnant, you've got a dumb doctor who likely graduated in the bottom half of his/her medical class. (This information came from my 26 December 2017 newsletter, “Health Hints.”)
Late in December 2019, Congress passed a 643-page spending bill, guaranteeing that the U.S will go further in debt & never achieve a balanced budget. Buried deep in this spending bill are revisions to the Secure Act, a tax reform bill passed by Congress in December 2017, regarding inherited IRAs. Be aware that, in the future, Congress will continue to pass laws eliminating most other tax breaks.
Uncle Sam is dead broke. Congress refuses to stop spending money for pork to get themselves re-elected. The country is in the midst of a political Civil War. Banks can legally seize your bank deposits to keep them from going under.
Besides expatriating, there is little you can do but to cross your fingers, vote the bums out of Congress, & keep your bank accounts as low as possible.
