His speech was slurred & Woods didn’t know where he was. Woods had no alcohol in his system & blamed his pain medications for his problems.

Take a high-quality vitamin & mineral tablet every day at breakfast.to strengthen your immune system. I do this, plus supplement with water soluble vitamins (e.g. B & C) after other meals.
. When Your Bloodstream becomes too Acidic If you get canker sores on the inside of your mouth, it’s an indication that your bloodstream is too acidic. A too-acidic bloodstream can promote diseases like arthritis & can be caused by eating too much protein food, such as meat, fish, fowl & dairy.
You can cure canker sores by eating a bag of dried figs. Figs are one of the most alkaline foods you can eat. Eat 3 figs or more a day, plums are the #2 best alkaline snack. Eat them on an empty stomach as they are digested in the small intestine about 20-30 minutes after you eat them.
To alleviate the soreness of cancer sores, puncture a Vitamin A pill & place the oil directly on the canker sore. When this works, you can send me a check in the morning.
Restless Leg Syndrome When some people, like me, go to bed, they bounce around a lot Their legs move around & sometimes cramp. This causes sleeplessness, for you & whomever is sharing your bed, mostly due to an imbalance of calcium & magnesium in the bloodstream.
I remedy this situation by taking a multi-mineral tablet about a half-hour before going to sleep. It’s more effective for me than putting a bar of soap under the covers every night.
Oxygen Starvation Be aware of the elevation where you live. For example, Tulsa, Ok is 660’ above sea level.
As you age, it is more difficult for your brain to get enough oxygen when you travel to vacation spots like Red River, New Mexico (8,000’ elevation) or Salt Lake City, Utah (5,000’ elevation.)
Oxygen starvation can lead to a temporary diminished mental capacity, so don’t make any important financial decisions (e.g. timeshares) when you vacation in a high-elevation resort if you are over age 60. Your brain uses 25% of the oxygen in the body.
When I was in Taos (7,000’ elevation) & Red River (8,000’), New Mexico, I had difficulty thinking as well as breathing. Five days after returning to Tulsa, my oxygen level was up to 92, which was lousy. It’s now up to its normal (for me) 95-96%.
Folks, who walk around pulling oxygen tanks, register 88 & under on their normal oxygen level test.

As you know, from reading my reports, doctors are trained in Medical Schools (partially funded by Big Pharma which helps set the curriculum) to treat your symptoms (not the cause of the disease) with Big Pharma drugs.
If one drug doesn’t work, they’ll usually try a more powerful drug or increase the dosage of your original drug. Most, if not all, Big Pharma drugs have side effects, for which they prescribe other Big Pharma drugs.
Many of these Big Pharma drugs, over time, can harm your brain, liver & other body parts.
My advice is this: “The fewer Big Pharma drugs you take, the better your health will be.” Currently, I follow my own advice & take only one Big Pharma drug. It’s for blood thinning, & is generic Plavix (Clopidogrel) 75mg.
If you’re smart, you’ll use the Internet & local library to investigate natural plants, herbs, tree barks & other stuff growing in the earth (e.g. Amazon forest) , that could slash the severity of symptoms of numerous diseases as well or better than high-cost Big Pharma drugs could.
Natural plants, herbs & other natural stuff are usually low-cost, have no side-effects & cannot be patented by Big Pharma (e.g. aspirin from willow bark). Hippocrates recommended acetylsalicylic acid (aspirin) in tea to reduce fever around 400BC.
Don’t hold your breath expecting to hear about new successes of natural plants & herbs in treating disease from the print or electronic media, which depend on Big Pharma advertising revenue to survive.
Only on the Internet will you find the best treatment for any disease afflicting you or a loved one. The treatment will likely be from one of the few doctors who use natural cures in their practices when traditional Big Pharma symptom cures fail to alleviate symptoms.
Beware of some fraud about natural cures. Articles appeared on the Internet about “sour honey from Brazil,” which alleviated or killed cancer, a few years ago. Apparently these articles’ purpose was to sell Brazilian honey which had a sour taste. All honey kills germs, but sour honey doesn’t cure cancer.

Here are a few examples of where natural cures were much more effective than any Big Pharma drug.

Just remember that there always is hope when your doctor tells you that you have a fatal disease like cancer, Parkinson’s, Alzheimer’s, COPD, Hepatitis C etc. If he can’t save your life, or you don’t like his advice (e.g. chemotherapy), try a natural cure. What do you have to lose?
AGING: You can stop aging with the sunshine vitamin D. 40% of Americans are Vitamin D deficient. Medical tests show a connection between the length of your telomeres & vitamin D.
Telomeres are the end of your chromosomes protecting them from deterioration & damage. The longer the telomeres, the longer you live. (Telomeres shorten every time your chromosomes divide.) Michael Cutler M.D. recommends 1,000 IU of Vitamin D3, daily, but I take 10,000 I.U daily on the advice of my former (deceased) M.D., who was also a Ph.D in Nutrition. In my opinion, the only way to fully-protect yourself from deadly viral pandemics, like COVID-19, or any future deadly bacterial pandemic, like the Bubonic plague, is by strengthening your immune system.
One important step you can take to strengthen your immune system is to remove deadly pesticides & herbicides from supermarket food before you eat them.
Toxins on supermarket food can be difficult to remove. You have a choice of doing nothing, washing the fruit & vegetables in an expensive, commercial vegetable/fruit wash or using inexpensive natural ingredients to remove the bad stuff from from the surface of your food.
I prefer removal method #3 (see below), using Apple Cider Vinegar & water soak for 5 minutes & a vegetable brush session later.
Never forget that Roundup is engineered to stick to fruit & vegetables like velcro. Rain does NOT wash it off plants. You can't wash it off with water, only. You need a special soaking wash. Below are five (5) choices. Good luck with them.
p.s. Remember that most restaurant food, including junk food, is covered with Roundup & is cooked in unhealthy, artery-clogging vegetable oils, both of which weaken the immune system. If you don't know how to cook, buy a cookbook or goggle recipes online! Doing this could greatly prolong your life.

NOTE: If you have a weak immune system, you can wash your hands a thousand times a day, wear a face mask 24-hours-a-day, practice 6-foot social distancing when you shop, fumigate the air in your home with germ-killer sprays all day & night & any viral or bacterial or fungal infection, like Candida auris (c auris) can probably still kill you.
Start building a strong immune system, today, by removing toxins, sprayed on your food, by people who care less about your health than I do. Farmers, who use GMO seeds & spray the resulting food with Roundup, get 25% more crops (according to Monsanto hype).
This spraying harms the immune system of everyone eating this toxic GMO food.
The result is that the GMO farmers get richer, faster (if they don't get poisoned & die from the Roundup, first), & the poor guy eating this GMO food ends up dying faster, as his liver gets overwhelmed by toxins that his immune system wore out trying to defend against.
This information doesn't apply as much to my relatives in Norway, (who also read these newsletters), where politicians aren't as stupid to pass laws allowing the spraying of toxic Roundup on food, & dumping of toxic Fluoride into most of the water supply.
